Респект,колоритно встретили.Очень приветливый и вежливый персонал.

. Прекрасный ресторан ,номер чистый и комфортный и современный ,есть ванная -это отдельный восторг .Отличный бассейн ,но маленький спорт зал..Хотя до него так и не дошла 😅

Meets the expectations

The best part of the hotel (for me) was the staff. Very kind, polite and helpful. The restaurant was really good, clean, and good food. The room was comfortable but the cleanliness in the bathroom needs a bit of improvement (at least in mine). The location is not great but not awful either. However it's walking distance (5 min) from Taj Mahal hotel and very close to couple of nice bars and restaurants.

It would have been if the bathroom was a bit cleaner (both the toilet and the shower), but having said that, it was not too terrible. The rest of the room was clean.

EVERYTHING ELSE VERY DISSAPOINTED IN SERVICE, CLEANLINESS, STAFF, STATE OF THE ROOM ETC... ALSO ON BOOKING.COM IT SAYS THAT AIRPORT PICK UP IS COMPLIMENTARY AND IT WAS NOT THEY SAID THEY HAVE NEVER ADVERTIZED IT AND THEY NEVER GIVE THAT OPTION YET YOUR SITE CLEARLY SAYS SO !!!!! FALSE ADVERSIZING

Excellent location. Doormen friendly. Lovely having a pool. Nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast. Good offers on drinks. Nice toiletries

Very expensive for what it was. Room floor was old and dirty, particularly at edges. Things missing e.g. QR code.. No information given such as breakfast times. Reception wasn't very helpful. Staff slow at breakfast. Said I could easily get a taxi outside but I couldn't. No offer to get me one. For the price I paid, I would expect better service

Very nice stay in Colaba

Indian breakfast, good and even a few things for us who doesn’t eat such breakfast. Best strong black coffe! Wonderful staff. Good atmosphere and perfect location. Very nice restaurant, could have had some more choises not-so-very-spicy food though. Good bathroom!!

Tried for three months to get in touch with the hotel to help us arrange pick-up-service at airport. They did not answer serveral e-mails, phone calls or message in WhatsApp. They did not understand why this is not OK. ”You could book pick-up via Booking.com”

Good but could be better, with some efforts.

Location close to TAJ Hotel and colaba market.

Its definitely overpriced. And staff in restaurant works hard but still have to ask minimum 3 - 5 times for a cup of coffee at breakfast. It looked as if the staff was running here and there to get things done but still inefficient. Also front desk staff is not aware of what's in the booking deal from booking.com. All information needs to be provided during check in and not at check out time.

Little gem of a hotel

The staff, especially in the restaurant, were excellent! Our rooms were nicely updated and comfortable. The lobby and pool area were also very nice! The breakfast was wonderful, and the dinner menu was delicious as well.

The only negative was that our television didn't work, and no one came to look at it after we reported the problem.
