Nice moment

Location

The elevator compined with other hotel and the reception is in same floor of residence which is noisy. I suggest the reception and management should be in different floor

The room and view are good. The staff is also accommodating, I just hoped they declined my special request with some decency and not in full caps like they were screaming no.

Lovely hotel with extremely lovely staff and very clean nice rooms. The roof top bar and restaurant was certainly a great added bonus for us.

Great room, great view, super-comfy bed, and fabulous staff who made us feel very valued and welcome

The breakfast we had (eggs any way you like) was excellent.

It would have been nice to have some fruit/yoghurts to choose from too.

A pleasant hotel right in the heart of Colaba, perfect for a short stay .

Great spot for tourists, friendly staff, rooms could do with a little touch up.

situated right by the Taj Mahal palace and the gateway of India, this is a great spot for tourists. the staff were polite and helpful, and mostly let us keep to ourselves when not out exploring.

the rooms felt a little neglected, could do with a bit of love and attention, touch up of paint/plaster work. the sheets were a little stained.

Spacious room at nice location

The hotel is well located and the room we got was very spacious.

The room wasn’t sparkling clean. There were a fee hairs on the floor and there was a bit of mole in the shower. The walls are very thin so a lot of what was happening outside or next to the room could be heard.

Great location with superb view

The location is superb. We could see the sea right outside our window and it’s on the same road as some of the most expensive hotels in Mumbai, and the area is very accessible.

The overall cleanliness of the room and towels could be improved.

Location is great, overall our stay was pleasant

Staff looked bored, not helpful at all. Poor services (elevator not working, wi fi very slow, we had to arrange our own transportation) Cleaning could be better

Really great place to stay. Excellent location and we really enjoyed having breakfast on the rooftop! In particular, the man at reception was incredibly helpful. Would recommend!

Great location within walking distance of attractions and shops, and the view from the rooftop over the harbour is beautiful. Restaurant service was very good and the food was good quality and tasty, with plenty of options. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Within easy reach of the train station. Room was comfortable and spacious, clean, and air con working well.

Hotel is on 3rd floor and not well signposted from outside - you need to go into Strand hotel and go to the top floor. Security staff are friendly and happy to direct you though. Also I requested airport pickup, messaged twice on booking.com and emailed for asking for confirmation with no response - I wasn’t met by anyone at the airport. 2 hours after I landed I received an email saying collection wasn’t possible that day. Slightly better communication is needed to ensure a smoother arrival.

Great value, incredible location, one of the best hotels I have stayed at in over several decades of travel here.

Beautiful hotel rooms, great views, clean and impeccable. We loved the rooftop restaurant and the wonderful South Indian breakfasts. The staff were amazingly helpful and assisted us with many aspects of vacation planning and getting settled.

It was a little noisy at first but we asked to change rooms and then it was very quiet and peaceful.

Friendly staff, good service, nice room and good location.

The hotel could have been rated higher if more details go into cleaning. There was a hair in the shower, bed sheet didn't look clean (it might just be old) and the top cabinets in the bathroom were dusty. These are minor but I did sleep with my sleeping bag liner.

Great View

Excellent Location facing the bay. Close to Gateway Of India. Close to Arab Street and good restaurants. Rooms were well decorated. The view from the room is stunning. Value for money.

Staff could have been friendlier. Tiles in bathroom affected by condensation. Blockage in shower drain.

Location was suburb , near to gate of India, near the restaurants, shopping Arab perfumes,& fast food . Hotel water pressure in toilet was too good.
