Luxurious stay in the heart of Chongqing

Very friendly and professional staff, smooth check-in, great location near the subway, great breakfast with plenty of choices including continental options, spacious and comfy room, great view, large bathtub, complimentary water

Hotel datato, andrebbe risistemato, ma facilmente raggiungibile grazie alla vicina metropolitana.

Struttura parecchio datata. Bagno non a livello. Struttura che emana ancora odore stantio di sigarette, probabilmente non hanno mai igienizzato sebbene sia diventata una struttura smoke-free. Palestra equipaggiata ma con varie attrezzature e macchinari guasti. Colazione occidentale scarsa. Ristoranti con staff che non parla una parola d'inglese (usano il traduttore vocale!) Mancanza d'indicazioni all'ingresso della strada.

本来预定的时候我不知道是 Hilton 的品牌. 在我国我很少住这种高等酒店. 我最喜欢是个大浴缸而且畅流的热水. 多么舒服啦!

其实没什么大不满. 只有一点外国人得注意 - 把 WiFi 登记的时候它问你姓氏是什么但是我发现我必须输入我的名字才能登记. 估计这是因为外国人的姓名是姓名颠倒. 软件的小问题.

Excellent stay in Chongqing!

Good location, easy to access by subway. Nice rooms, comfortable bed and clean environment. Very good continental breakfast. Value for money!

Modern sockets far away from the bed. No Hotel Bar for a night drink so you need to go out.

Had a great short stay.

Quite a convenient location, close to the metro line that is an interchange, travelled to most major attractions in good time. The breakfast was good and lasts until 10am, a wide selection both Western and Eastern. Staff was great and quick to help.

Neighbors were noisy.

friendly hotel great location

i felt very welcomed here.. thanks to the staff and especially Rebecca at the front desk. the room is nice but a bit dated. oh well. the fitness center is great! 24/7. also the hot tub is nice. the location is great. near the metro and so much

Pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone passing through the city.

The staff are always very helpful and wiling to assist the guest with anything they need during their stay. There is a small convenient store across the street from the front entrance and a bank around the corner.

The restaurant closed early. I did not have many options of place to eat within short distance of the hotel.

Pleasant but a bit disappointed

1. They still offer some of the executive lounge perks such as free flow drinks/happy hour and express check ins. 2. The comfort of the room and the king bed. The bed is soft and comfortable. 3. Also, we want to thank the staff at the lobby for helping me photo copy some documents that I needed and for helping me call a taxi. We also appreciate the staff by the entrance at the breakfast buffet restaurant on the 2nd floor. She always welcomed us with a smile and prepared us breakfast drinks right away.

We were disappointed that the Executive lounge was not operational on the 32nd floor. Most of the times we prefer booking rooms with executive lounge access as we like the exclusivity of it. We prefer eating our breakfast with the view of the city. They also didn't have milk on the first day we were day. I mean milk is a common breakfast drink . The lobby bar on the first floor was also cold.

Superb

Chongquing is a great city which I found out with this being my first time. The Hilton was located near the metro and up on a hill. It’s located in a vibrant neighborhood! The room was cozy and the shower was wonderful. Breakfast had many choices was delicious. The customer service throughout the hotel was professional and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Chongqing

breakfast was great and went to 10 am. the front desk staff was very helpful and held our luggage for the day.

not all the plugs worked. particularly next to the bed where I typically charge my phone.

Excellent return visit. Restaurant hours the only real drawback.

The room was good and the staff are excellent. Breakfast, though a little expensive, is first rate, and Dan, the food and beverage manager is outstanding, very helpful and friendly.

The restaurants close early by western standards, and room service is not available after 20.00. I arrived late in the evening due to my flight schedule and was therefore unable to get anything to eat.

Excellent place to stay!

Everyone was so helpful and lovely! They spoke perfect English! The breakfast was great (6am until 10am) There was a swimming pool (heated I think?)open to all guests, you just take a towel and dressing gown with you! There is a gym which is open 24/7! There is also a spa available although it is quite pricey!

No hot chocolate available at breakfast
