Location was great! Good variety of food and things to do. Fun vibe through out resort
Sadly the room next to us was under construction

The workers were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big enough for 2 adults and a teenager.
The food was not very good
8.0
The beach, the pool and the view from the room!
There were too many people along the beach trying to sell me stuff, which is ok, but trying to sell me drugs is unacceptable. Also I would like to make a note for room service: it is not possible to wait for two coffee almost 50 minutes

the food was perfect, way way better than any other all inclusive, they have great chefs and you can tell they value quality, the staff is real happy people, they love the company they work for and you can tell by the way the staff treat you, Pueblo Bonito its one of the best companies to work for in the entire country and during the pandemic they did not fire any of their employees, Cristian, Silvia, Daniel y Arlin the animators are great people and makes you live a dream party all day and night the best part as a family with kids, there is no "Reggaeton" or explicit music allowed, no drunk shows or else. If you are in the pool, you will enjoy Alejandro's fast and attentive service as a waiter, (always smiling) and Martin the pool bartender makes any drink you like in no time, at las Palomas restaurant you will be having a great service by everybody I remeber some names like Demetrio, Aurelio (heis great doing the platanos flameados show) Gaby or at Cilantros, Jose the waiter or Javier the Manager always asking if we need anything and looking to make every dinner the best experience. Breanda the room cleaning service did a great job. the place is amazingly safe due to Israel the safety manager super kind, and Luis the bell boy, another great person te meet, I forgot a lot of names i will like to mention but honestly, there was no one complaint about the great people making this beautiful property so alive and amazing. thank you everyone!
The coffee has a salty flavor. yep that's the only one and its very subjective, I am very used to peets coffee

Some workers were rude, shuttle time
Online was wrong and caused some issues

The service was excellent, the food was amazing, the rooms were spacious, and I really enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony. The views were spectacular. I loved the sky pool such great views.
I wish there was easy, walkway access getting around the resort. It was a little tricky, using the same paths that the golf carts used, in terms of making sure we were out of the way.
The gym was very busy, but I guess this is expected during spring break season.
Also, wish I could’ve walked or swim a bit in the ocean, but it’s too dangerous to go out into the water.

Location, views, rooms, food
Front desk was very rigid. Our flight landed a day late, yet they took 3 hrs to give us the room. And despite requesting late checkout, we were given only 1 room (we booked 3 rooms) with no meal access after 12.
There were mosquitoes in the room but no way to get rid of them.
Shower curtain was missing in the tub area

The restaurants and the food were absolutely amazing, like 5-star chefs at the menu order restaurants and the buffet was out of this world! The staff was phenomenal. The views were gorgeous.
The pullout couch wasn’t good for sleeping…

it was very clean. Our view from the room was beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly.
they would allow us to have only one towel at the beach. It would’ve been nice to have two.
6.0
The location
The all inclusive restaurants were bad. We even tried the upgraded additional charges restaurants but ended up primarily going off grounds. Also lots of maintenance noise. The mattress might have been the original from 1992, very lumpy and uncomfortable. I've never left a poor review before but feel compelled to let others make an informed decision.

The location is great. Medano Beach is a great swimming beach.
It’s an all-inclusive, which means that service and quality can be marginal, which was the case here. Drinks were watered down. Virtually, no offerings for wine except “two buck chuck” style Sauvignon Blanc and Cab. Not really drinkable. The appetizers were pretty good, but the entrees were pretty terrible. Lounge chairs on the beach were uncomfortable and poorly spaced. This made the beach not much fun. But the ocean swimming was fabulous.
For $510 a night, I was not expecting the Ritz. It was a guys’ trip. I was down there to do some marlin fishing. Definitely would not take my wife there. This is not the Palmilla or Las Ventanas. But you get what you pay for.
If you book a Pueblo Bonito, book the Blanco. Much better than the Rosé. Further, you have access to all of the other Pueblo Bonita resorts.

Good location
The lunch and dinner were mediocre at best. The room decor was tired. Supposed to be all inclusive but frequently things were an extra

Location on Modano Beach being very near to town was excellent. Dining options were plentiful particularly being able to access the sister properties. Breakfast buffet was great. Lunch options were limited, but the pool bar food options as part of the AI were great.
Service and staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you.
The Spa at the Rose was closed for renovations. This was unknown prior to our arrival and very disappointing. Fortunately the gym remained open.
7.0
Location and Food were great. The ocean views from the room were great also.
The rooms were outdated and the beds were horrible.
