Śniadania mega pyszne, ładnie przygotowane

brak lodówki w pokoju, mimo że szafka na lodówkę była, tv chyba przeniesione na przeciwległą ścianę bo gniazdko elektryczne było na wysokości1.80m, materac na łóżku za miękki

Good for the thermal baths, but it is all.

I liked the hotel for the thermal baths and the breakfast, which is quite plentiful, varied and tasty.

We stayed in a very old room that needs a lot of maintenance. The bed mattress is quite thin which makes it uncomfortable. The pools are great, but as it is open to the public, it gets really crowded. A little difficult to communicate in English with staff and they didnt give us any tip about the hotel

Nielimitowany dostęp do basenów i bezpośrednie połączenie z basenami to kapitalna sprawa i właściwie tylko dlatego wybraliśmy to miejsce. Bezpłatny parking. Blisko do centrum. Wspaniałe widoki z pokoju i basenów. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa - sami zaproponowali dostawienie do pokoju lodówki celem przechowywania leków. Dobre i urozmaicone śniadania. Codzienne sprzątanie i możliwość wymiany ręczników. Bardzo przydatne szlafroki.

Wyjątkowo miękki materac, nie dla każdego jest to dobre i zdrowe, ale to już kwestia indywidualna.

We book rooms with double bed via booking but we only got single bed rooms. Playroom fór kids is poor, hotel is very simple no bar coffee just bad. Breakfast were good, staff nice. I would give middle range.

Very good

The room was very standard. There was quite a lot of space. Breakfast was included in the price and it was a buffet with not too many options but the food was okay. The location is quite good - within walking distance of the center. I imagine if you have a car it's even more comfortable. The pools are very nice. A good place to relax.

Okay for a short stay.

Free entrance to Aqua Park was a great added feature. The hotel and the Aqua Park are connected and it made for easy access. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

The buffet was complete for Europeans who like lunchmeat, pickles, olives, salads and the like for breakfast. For Americans, pretty much our breakfast was limited to two types of cold cereal and bread with preserves. Yogurt was available, with limited choice. Coffee, hot tea and juices were fine. The rooms were clean, but small and dated. The walls were paper thin.

Awesome Hotel with free access to Aquapark. Great Location!

The hotel is great! A really good balance Cost x Quality. We stayed 9 days to enjoy the ski area and we loved it! Would really come back again. The breakfast has different options everyday and we were always eager to know what would be the day's special. We felt that the rooms were very large and very clean. Parking is free and easy access (just a small portion that was with heavy snow and 4x4 vehicule required). The access to the Aquapark is free for all guests and really makes a difference after a day of ski. Really recommend the stay!

Me only suggestion is that the bathtub has no curtains and the floor gets really wet. You should consider installing some protection. Also, for the window curtains, they require some maintenance to block completely the sun in the mornings.

the water park is excellent but the hotel is in need of refurbishment

The water park

I had a problem during my stay, there was a lack of water in the rooms in the morning, so it was not possible to do personal hygiene, flush or shower. The only solution the receptionists offered me was a 1.5l bottle of water, not enough for two people to do their personal hygiene in the morning and flush the toilet. after lunch the supply was restored. I also found some silverfish on the bedroom carpet and the hair dryer hose was all torn. the water park is excellent but the hotel is in need of refurbishment.

The main benefit is free entrance to the aquapark and quiet, fine location. We also liked size of apartment, kitchenette and separated bath and WC. Fine breakfast

Hotel is too old. Everything inside the apartment needs renovation, especially sofa, it's impossible to sleep on it. It was very cold in the bathroom, towel dryer didn't work. Cleaning just took away our garbage and nothing more, even forgot to place a new garbage bag.

It is nice that you can go to the aqua park from the hotel and that is include in price.

The hotel is very old, room was clean, but bed wa s terrible, soft mattress and we wake up with backache. In the bathroom aren’t conditioned so when you when you bathe everything is wet. The breakfast was very simple.

Location is a bit on the hill and lots of stairs inside, be ready to walk up a lot. The accommodations are pretty old (but clean)

everything was perfect. Good location, close to the center. Breakfast is excellent. as well as a big bonus is the water park and 5 types of saunas included in the price. Iwould stay there in next time too.

Still recomended. Good for the money.

The room was good and clean. We liked everything except listed below. It's wonderful to have access to the aquapark. The location is nice too.

It was really hot. Some air conditioner would help a lot. Also the beds were unfomfortable. The pillows were gigantic, impossible to comfortably lay on. The mattresses had a big pit in the middle. There were no fruits for breakfast.
