This is our third stay at the Highveiw Apartments for the reason of the fabulous view with balcony. Short stroll into to

Stunnng views, excellent location. Appartments at like suites. Comfortable furnishings and cosy bed.

That we have to leave.

Loved it!

Gorgeous comfy apartment with beautiful view. Well equipped and a great place to relax after big days outdoors. Loved it so much we’ve booked another stay for later this year and can’t wait to return!

No biggy but pre check-in communication could have been a little bit better. Twice I advised via email we may be a little bit late if our flight was delayed and got no response or instructions about what to do in that situation. We were stuck in traffic on our way from the airport and tried to call but no one answered. We arrived just as reception was closing and fortunately got the key. Don’t know what would’ve happened if we were a couple of minutes later. Otherwise can’t fault the lovely staff. One other thing: we didn’t realise there were stairs to the apartment. No big deal though.

Overall the stay was fine, not that great for the price that I paid

Closer to town centre. Our room wasn’t facing the mountain, so it was pretty okay. Has a gym with basic equipments.

We stayed 4 nights, yet the hotel did not provide room service and when asked they said they would charge. I was not happy about that. You need to stay min 6 nights for free room service. There is no wash basin to wash the plates/spoon/tumbler. Each time you need to go inside the bathroom to wash.

GORGEOUS, STUNNIN VIEW! Absolutely breathtaking!

I didnt mind the rooms not being serviced but quite annoying to call to ask for tea and coffee sachets to be replenished. I'd suggest putting more than ONE bag of french press coffee...

excellence position and lovely ambiance

it’s a great position and easy walk into town, but if climb back however great in managing the weight after all the over indulgence. The view is beautiful and the units are clean and very well equipped. We have stayed twice and will return.

A beautiful place with amazing views

the view from the room was amazing and the staff and reception were really helpful and accommodating. Thier service was beyond my expectations. The room was comfy and neat and close to everything.

the only reason i didn't give Highview an excellent rating was that the Internet/wifi didn't work on some occasions and a coupled of the electrical appliances were not working as expected. but the Highview team provided DVDs for my kids which kept them entertained at night.

recharged, best place to stay in Queenstown!, never get bored of the view.

View, quiet, location-close to town area but quiet, walkable distance to town area. The fact that they are not serviced daily, to some this is not ideal but for us, I think that means we don't need to wake up early to avoid the cleaners... we just keep the apartment clean ourselves, made up our own bed, clean the dishes - there's dish washer in room! so no problem at all. Would be good if there is Dyson vacuum cleaner in the room.

The fridge makes some strange beep soon as we open the door. The main sliding door was broken not lockable but not a huge issue assuming no one climb up to the upper floor.

Spotless cozy comfy room with everything you could need. The staff were friendly and the huge bed was amazing :)

Very clean toom, and extremely comfortable beds

My credit-card was linked to my booking and I had intended to pay with my debitcard, however the motel attempted to charge my credit card and was declined so I received many phone calls that I missed due to my phone going flat from using Google maps. We didn't get to our room until late the first evening when the office was closed, and I charged my phone that night. I received a phone call on our first morning there to tell me our room key card would not work after 3pm that day unless I went and paid . I found this odd, as often I pay for a motel when checking out, and I had intended visiting the office as we left for the day, later that morning.

my fiancé and I arrived in the late evening so upon arrival our room was perfect, it was warm, quiet and comfortable. after waiting hours at the airport, we really couldn’t ask for more! Once morning came, our jaws dropped when we opened the curtain 😍 there was mountains with snow, a stunning lake and clouds that basically said good morning at my height level! it was the type of view you only see in movies. it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL

our tv could not connect to Netflix, YouTube etc.

Good location. All the appliances that you need.

Structure of the apartment is not comfortable. Entrance to the toilet from the bedroom. At evening you can not open the door to the porch because of the flies that are coming in. Price is quite high.

great views but not great service

amazing outlook, generally well appointed room

very hot when we arrived, no fans or a/c. we opened the windows and then the room filled with insects… very disturbed nights sleep killing insects and as blinds rattled. very disappointing that there was no Reception support or services during our stay. communication about this was terse and unapologetic. we had issues with the wifi and no one to help fix it. it wasn’t an hospitable experience.

The apartment has exceeded our expectations. The place was clean and has really great views, it was a joy waking up to amazing views during our stay. Even though they were lacked of staff, everyone was friendly and kind and we really appreciate the help that was provided to us. We absolutely love the apartment and will highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for accommodations in Queenstown.

Used to like this place, probably wouldn't stay again.

Good location, nice clean room, good size for 2 of us. Plenty of parking.

No sky, do DVD player, the few channels we did have took forever to change. Cupboard doors need fixing as they didn't shut properly. Got scalded in the shower when the toilet was flushed!
