Bello ma rumoroso!

La camera molto bella, spaziosa, accogliente e con una bellissima terrazza. Posizione vicina a luoghi di interesse e comoda se si ha una macchina. La zona molto carina. Lo staff fantastico. La colazione buona e il prezzo dell'hotel molto economico.

Il rumore!!! Le macchine passano in continuazione lungo la salita che porta all'hotel ed essendo salita il rumore è molto di più. Cani che abbaiano intorno! Rumori nell'hotel tutta la notte (colpi, macchinari, televisione, persone che parlano...),, ospiti rumorosi (e per questo non ha colpa l'hotel) ma si sente assolutamente tutto dalla televisione al rumore dei tubi dell'acqua insomma, dormire per me è stato impossibile.

Nice staff, good value for the money

Good value for the money, perfect for a night stay and close to Guimaraes and Braga on a fairly quiet neighbourhood. Staff was very helpful and nice, comfortable bed as well. Breakfast was very simple but okay for the money.

The damp smell in the room but luckily we could open the windows and air it out. The room was very poorly lit but we just needed to sleep 1 night so no problem.

Fine for needs I had.

Location 10 minutes away from center of Guimarães. Hotel is a house converted into a small hotel with a feel like bed n breakfast. Private bathrooms in each room though. Breakfast was just enough.

Lower cost than hotels in the historical city of Guimaraes.

Although it was a hot day, the room was cool. We even did not need to use the airco. Free parking available on-site. Close to the Guimaraes historical city.

The breakfast room lacked ventilation. There was a window to let in the light, but could not be opened to let fresh air in.

The staff is polite and friendly. The breakfast is simple but fair.

The noise from traffic was passing impression the cars were moving very fast next to room's windows. Even during the night, traffic has calmed down, but the windows are old and not sound-proofing making it very painful night. Also, you ear all noise from the corridor, and other guests have no respect slamming doors at 5am. The back of bathroom's door was loathful. The breakfast was fair but the ham was smelling old and tasted dreadfully - I couldn't eat, sorry. There's not enough parking space for travelers, and next morning when we left, the neighbor from the house at the other side of the road started a discussion and yelling because our car was parked in front of their property.

Nice Road Hotel on the outskirts of Guimaraes

Very nice and little road hotel. Girl at reception was very polite. Room was very clean and Breakfast, though very simple very tasty and full of different things.

Internet signal in the room was really bad. My computer reached it only in a few places and my phone couldn't at all. The hotel at night is left empty and it has a sister hotel close by where you can call with 24 reception. Unfortunately I had issues with lighting in the room and when tried to contact the other reception, no one answered. Tried 3 times at different intervals.
