Been here 5 times and it’s has always been a pleasure to stay here, there are always improvements being made to the prop

Great location, ideal self catering accommodation

Location so near to the beach and pine walk. Also great having an apartment facility than just a hotel room. Clean modern finish

A great family holiday in the sunshine

The flora apartments were perfect. Clean, comfortable spacious and the perfect central location for beach, square and other amenities.

Not really worth it

Outdated and unfresh refurbishment,broken toilettdoor (was not fixed properly ang got locked in…), minimal balcony with no light, unpossible to sit a family of four. Lacking things as night lights in bedroom,only on roof light, no crooks to hang stuff. Could have been more variation on breakfast…juices were mostly water. I’ve stayed in many aparthotels of 3 stars and except the location and friendly personel,don’t find this really worth it. Needs to upgrade the rooms.

Having some basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil) in the room would be good. Hotel gave us some from the restaurant.

Staff were friendly and efficient and the rooms met our needs perfectly

Good location with everything we needed close to hand Perfect takeaway meal availability was perfect post long bike rides

It was a great holiday...would definitely return

Staff were always helpful. We had a reduced rate as the dining facilities were closed as it was the end of the season...so we couldn't have meals in the restaurant.

Think we should have been told that the restaurant would be closed during our stay before we booked...but the self catering facilities were good. They also discounted our bill for our stay because of the lack of facilities.

The property is badly in need of a updating as it looks tired and worn Noisy every morning from 7 am No lift to second floor is not good with heavy suitcases

lovely fortnight in pretty Puerto pollensa

location was excellent. Apartments were very clean. Excellent shower. staff were helpful.

small gripe, the apartments were well equipped except for a dish drainer, which was annoying. Nowhere to drain breakfast things after washing up in the morning. Beds were slightly on the firm side too.

Great location and value for money

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a cycling trip, the location is excellent just a 2 minute walk from the beach. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice!! The air con in the room is the best I’ve ever experienced! Overall excellent value for money

Fantastic location, good for a family holiday!

Great pool and location, easy walk to the beach and the port. Lovely to have a balcony and kitchen of our own.

Beds were uncomfortable and not ideal for a couple or for a peaceful stay as there were a lot of noisy kids (we did book in the school holidays though). No household basics such as washing up liquid.

Overall a good stay but a few minor tweaks would make a difference.

Location and good value

Air conditioning could have been better especially during night. Could not access Wi-Fi in bedroom or on balcony. Asked barman for ice & he went ballistic - he could have dealt with this better.
