Fantastic stay in Puerto Pollensa, we love it, the apartment is in a fantastic location.

Loved the location, loved the layout of the apartment, loved the balcony & view. Great for a blended family with enough separate spaces. The apartment was clean and there was a good provision of towels. A really nice touch was the wine, eggs, cheese, bread, coffee etc on arrival

The place is a bit tired. The kitchen particularly is shabby with doors & drawers that don’t close. We didn’t cook, but there wasn’t many utensils. The kitchen door has a handle missing and all of the doors are stiff to close. The shower in the en-suite doesn’t drain properly, the toilet leaked really badly and we had to turn the water off. The boiler doesn’t provide enough hot water for 5 people to have showers consecutively. The most disappointing thing was despite staying for 11 nights, we didn’t have any change of bedding, towels, or a clean during that time meaning that by the end of the stay, I had to buy bleach and clean the toilets myself and the towels & sheets were really grubby.

Anita apartment for us was unpleasant and untenable, the new apartment was lovley and we had a great stay there.

The location was great and the sea view stunning.

The Anita flat we had been allocated (Flat 1) was extremely dated and not fit for rental with broken flooring, temporary plastic flooring, broken ceiling tiles, cracked mirrors, broken sinks, glass doors that would not open, stained and badly worn indoor furniture and broken outdoor furniture. We moved accommodation as soon as possible as the local agent agreed it was not upto standard and we requested the property be removed from listings to prevent others having the same experience. The other apartment was much better and cheaper although it was a challenging process to get a refund.

Dreadful apartment

location

tired decor. not cleaned to a suitable standard. bird droppings on all of the patio furniture. dirty cutlery and crockery. clothes and bag left in the drawer from previous guests. Worst of all, all 3 of us have bed mite bites and nobody has come back to me with any suitable compensation. Terrible accommodation and service. My 4 year old daughter has 7 bites on her face. These are bed mite bites, not mosquitoes.

Enjoyed holiday with family but disappointed with apartment.

Location was fine overlooking sea and close to variety of restaurants. Apartment quite spacious.

Apartment needs updating. Kitchen is very dated with handles missing, drawers not fitting properly, little space for food preparation. Bedrooms ok but worn with doors to balcony not closing properly. Couches in lounge worn but reasonably comfortable. Balcony needs some additional work on barrier plastic mesh a little flimsy.

Enjoyed our stay, very convenient, some room for improvement.

The size of the apartment is amazing, 3 bedrooms and large living space, bedrooms and balcony are great. Location is very good in many ways.

The location has its downside and was very noisy on a couple of occasions during the early hours. The decor needs updating, particularly the kitchen and the couches in the living area are very tired.

Great location, fantastic views - apartment a little tired.

The apartment has fantastic views and is in a great location. Great sunrises. We stayed in Anita 2 one floor higher but smaller terrace.

The apartment is a little tired and would benefit from an upgrade- especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. Better guidance on where to park would be helpful- there is a good free public car park just a short walk from the apartment. We stayed for 9 nights and did not get a change of towels or bedding.

The arrival process was great. Well communicated.

The apartment is very dated. We booked this mainly for the terrace, which was beautiful. But the place needs a major facelift. The kitchen and bathrooms are just dimly lit, cold, lack any amenities or comforts. Strange gray plastic flooring, tired furniture. Just not something we looked forward to coming back to each night. Unfortunately the street in front and al around were full of construction and noise. Obviously the apartments can't control this. But there is a lot of reconstruction going on in the neighborhood, down below, etc and it really made this experience feel unnerving and unenjoyable. We had high expectations for this place but would not recommend nor stay again, sad to say.

Brilliant location - right in centre of town and right on the sea front. Wo derful view, especially of the sunrise. Huge balcony as well.

Very good

really big apartment, nice big terrace with the beautiful sea view. Good location with the marina, main square and restaurants in the walking distance.

The furniture and the equipment is not the newest one. The apartment does not have its parking space. We have been there in January, we found space on the street, but in the main season it could be a problem.

Amazing location, above restaurants and on the beach.

The apartment is tired and needs quite a lot of attention. That said it was very comfortable - particularly the beds and bedding and the towels were lovely and soft.

Excellent location and outstanding views

The location was perfect, right in the centre of where the restaurants, bars etc were and the view was exceptional! We've stayed in a few places in Puerto Pollensa now and this was one of the quietest. Some of the apartments we have stayed in have been over shops / restaurants or next to loud bars but despite the central location, once you're inside there is very little noise from outside. Would visit again.

The only thing I would say about the apartment is it could do with a bit of loving and a freshen up and maybe be a bit more homely eg some pictures on the walls etc. It was very clean though and the negatives are outweighed by the location and fantastic view.

You could not beat the location , the staff and the help they offered brilliant, easy access and was kind enough to let us leave our cases with them on the last day

Would definitely revisit the port, but would choose a different accommodation and a different season

The location is excellent, the view of the port and the sunrises and sunsets are worth it all. The property is on the main road, very close to shops, restaurants and main square, and you can have great walks on the promenade. There is a playground right on the beach, visible from the main terrace. The apartment is large and could accommodate 5-6 people or a family with 2-3 kids. Appliances are in good condition, you can definitely use the kitchen to cook if you decide to stay in. Main bedroom has the most comfortable bed.

The apartment could use a renovation, the furniture is quite old and the beds are small, made for kids. The two small bedrooms have little or no natural light, we found them quite spooky to sleep in. If you decide to visit in autumn - winter keep in mind that the weather could be quite unpredictable - we had a night of heavy wind which roamed through the whole apartment.

a/c in living room was rackety. Duvet was a bit too thin (probably not an issue for most of the year) large shower in en-suite bathroom had missing valve. bathroom does not have good ventilation.
