Delivered beyond expectations.

The unit was walking distance to everything but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Parramatta surprised me! Great place to stay in Sydney if you want to be out of the city bustle but have easy access to the town centre. The public transport was excellent.

Quiet convenient location with friendly service

Excellent customer service, friendly and very welcoming , I appreciated the convenience of the inclusions, place was clean and comfortable enough for us, firm beds not my preference but they may be someone else’s, so no dramas.

No issues with property, it met the expectations I had having read reviews in advance.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, well worth staying here.

Great location as close to river ferry and short walk to train station. The area was quiet and the apartment well presented. Having 2 bathrooms (one with a bath) was a bonus. Allowed check in from 12 midday if needed.

It was a bit of a walk to the supermarket and as we didn't have transport we only got a few lighter items each time as it wasn't far enough to get a taxi or uber. Everything else was great.

it was in a great location for us. it was very spacious.

the flights of stairs, no aircon in the bedrooms- although the aircon in the lounge worked extremely well.

Good for family short staying

Staff is kind and provided amenity goods immediately when we asked. Hot water is supplied enough and walls are newly repainted. Quiet and spacious.

They have a shortage of staff and skipped house keeping. We need to use same towels for 8 days, so we washed them by ourselves. We paid additonal fee $ 30 per night for one extra person, but this person wasn't provided house keeping for his room at all.
