Great location, superb views and very comfortable.

This apartment hotel was great and I would recommend it if you want to stay centrally in the Sydney metropolitan area. Lots of pluses and a couple of minor niggles. The great things were its location - it was close to transport links, restaurants, the theatre and the stadium. It has on-site parking ($40 a night); our 3-bedroom apartment on 22nd floor was spacious, and very clean. The kitchen was large and well appointed. The beds were big and comfortable. The room was very quiet. The views were spectacular. The reception staff were friendly.

The niggles were that we needed to ring for towels (none in room) – not a big drama as they came promptly. There was nothing to clean up in the kitchen (no tea towel, sponge or washing up liquid; no small broom). This would have made it difficult if you really did want to cook as using the dishwasher for everything is not sensible if you only want to wash a few glasses or mugs. The pool was closed. We had a minor misunderstanding about a possible missing item from the room, but the duty manager was very helpful and professional and we resolved the matter with minimal fuss.

Had a important exam in parramatta and Meriton just made it so enjoyable and our stay was amazing as expected

Could have been better. Not somewhere I would go to again.

Decent sized rooms, that’s about it!

The property was full of dust, very dirty, hadn’t been maintained well. The moment my husband and I walked in we both began coughing, my husbands asthma almost instantly flared up. We checked in and checked out.

Very enjoyable stay at Meriton Church Street, lovely staff, great position and comfy bed, clean.

Loved our room up on floor 29, the staff were helpful and friendly.

The thing that could have been better was there were no face washers and the safe is locked open therefore we couldnt use it.

My room and experience makes me feel like a home.

It's the best hotel I've stayed so far and im going to come back again to the hotel for sure. The luxury 1 bedroom suite is super nice, clean and very comfortable to stay. The staff are super nice and helpful. Also it makes me feel like home even for the first time stay.

Great location and view in the heart of Parramatta

Lovely apartment with a full size tub in the ensuite. Nice balcony with great views to the North. Usual Meriton amenities.

Lifts too slow. Security contractors outside managing vehicle access. Need information in advance to proceed to car park - given there is no standing zone outside reception.

Not the hotel if you are in a wheelchair.

1. My partner and I enjoyed the location. 2. We appreciated the room was clean. 3. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

1. No accessibility options to get from retail parking to street level effectively. 2. When requesting a bathroom for wheelchair accessibility, was told I was supposed to book a room that doesn’t exist on booking.com. 3. Apartment no where near large enough for a person in a wheelchair to move around effectively. My partner has very limited movement outside of his wheelchair, this forced him to have to move around apartment without his wheelchair. 4. Elevator doors nearly clamped my partners foot several times due to poor detection. 5. Television was not setup correctly and we could have either a Chromecast or a game console, not both. This was advised after the sole technician for the building arrived. 6. Forced to use a throwaway email address so I could use Wi-Fi to cast to the TV because of the clause of allowing email address to be used for marketing - makes me more irate due to point 5. 7. Towels were already soiled. All in all, hotel might say it is wheelchair accessible but it felt more of an afterthought.
