Would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to all our friends.

Everything. Great location in the “straight friendly” gay section of Zona Romantica. Walking distance to anything we needed. On the beach and with a nice pool. Covered palapas on the beach were wonderful.

The only thing we had an issue with was not having curtains in the living room. We faced the beach and the afternoon sun blazing through the big picture windows heated up the room, making it very uncomfortable. No A/C units in the living room made us flee to our bedrooms for relief.

we enjoyed chef Fanny services. the suite is beautiful. friendly staff.

the suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. we enjoyed hearing the waves crashing. you can schedule personal chef.

the community pool is on the smaller scale. I traveled with young children and the location is more for singles and lgbtq. we would have liked to meet other families or our kids play with other children, but there wasn’t an opportunity within the area. we had to leave the hotel, Beach, and area to experience family friendly areas. it’s a good spot for adults.

An Unforgettable Stay.

The sky suite was amazing, perfect for our group of friends. The view, the pool, and the whole living area was incredibly accomodating. The rooms were clean and quite large. The staff who cleaned our rooms were so sweet & kind and the chef, Raul, was the highlight of the trip for all of us, amazing food! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Location, location, location! Just steps from the beach!

The jacuzzi NEVER 👎🏾 works! Cold and when you ask about it, there is always an excuse. We asked for them to warm the jacuzzi at 11am and checked every few hours until 5pm & it was colder than the pool!

It was the best vacation I've had in years. Would totally recommend!

Its family friendly, its steps away from the beautiful beach. The pool and jacuzzi are also so comfortable to be in very clean and relaxing. The amenities in the apartment are just perfect when traveling with children. The views are amazing and being able to have breakfast outside was simply wonderful . The sound of the waves at night help to get restful sleep.

I didn't like that the unit I got, is the very first unit by the entrance so I was able to hear late night arrivals or early morning people leaving by the bedroom window . also since its by the entrance there wasn't much privacy if I wanted to have my doors and curtains open. The shower pressure and temperatures varied and was hard to get a comfortable showers . Other than that there's nothing else I disliked.

We liked being close to the beach.

Poor kitchen set up with not enough kitchen amenities or space. No cereal bowls, small pots, wine opener, basic spices, tinfoil, wrap etc.

best place to stay

great clean convenient and very luxurious! Bery comfortable and accommodating. the staff was great especially the older gentleman in the front. he called us cabs and arranged any travel agreements and even let us borrow scissors and things we needed.

It was an interesting experience.

Hotel had an elevator. It was on the beach. The pool was nice and warm, the area around the pool was also nice. Beds were very comfortable for sleeping & it was quiet at night. The view from the balcony in the early morning & watching the big ships come into the bay and leave at night. We love whale watching from the balcony. The staff were great especially the young lady who worked during the day at the front desk, she was absolutely awesome.

The condensation from the A/C located in the clothes closet leaked & my wife's white sweater was ruined. Dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboards when we arrive. Couch was very uncomfortable.. The oven & 2 burners did not work. We thought that the hotel was connected to the Malecon boardwalk but that connection was about 4 blocks away. My wife walks with a cane and going anywhere off the hotel property away from the hotel was quite a difficult mobility challenge for her.

Great location slap bang on the gay beach. Easy 5 minute walk into the restaurant and bar area, so tranquil spot.

My fiancé and I came here for my birthday and it was great! We had a magical time!

The room was very nice. Loved the beach access and pool. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

A lot of noise from construction and club next door. It was hard to sleep in or get solid sleep.

What a wonderful hotel! The room was spotless, the person checking us in was very nice, everything about the room was perfect. They offer personal chefs you can hire that will cook for you. We took advantage of this and it was so much fun and the food was great! Can't wait to come back!

Courteous staff, beachfront view, 50 steps to a cabana, dlelicious cocktails from bar next door.

Super friendly staff, and because we had a beachfront room.. every sngle person that walked by, smiled and waved. We will be staying here again!!

We would definitely stay there again!!!

This property is on the beach. Our 1BR 1BA suite was beautifully decorated and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect

While enjoying our balcony watching the boats, people enjoying the beach, the pirate ship, and at night the fireworks the music from the adjacent club was our music too. We knew what we were getting into and it did stop around 10. You get used it.

A great bargain and a great hub for exploring PV.

We loved the location of this hotel...it was down toward the end of the Zona Romantica, so the beach in front of our hotel was not crazy. We loved the art on all the walls and the brick/Mexican architecture. We also loved how the hotel was small and not crowded.

We had hair in our shower on the first day we arrived. We cleaned it up and after that everything was fine.

Lovely stay at Vallarta Shores.

The property was located toward the end of the Malecon. It was conveniently located near our friend's wedding and other events that week. Room had a beautiful view of ocean and right on the beach. Met some very nice people there.

We weren't able to access the pool for 2 days because they were doing work on the supporting wall. I will be contacting booking.com for a discount as we weren't informed this was going to take place neither before our visit or during. In addition, the music from next door's Club was a bit too much almost every day of our visit. Although it was convenient to have food/beverage available to us from that same club, the ever constant techno bass for every song was a bit much. Fortunately, the Club did not continue this practice into the night.
