Location is convenient and easy walking distance to all the good spots on the Romantic Zone.
Nearby bar music was heavy bass and drumming late late into a Wednesday night. Difficult to Impossible to remain asleep with that and traffic noise.

It was a great spot that I would definetly come back to. Clean room, bathroom was super pretty, and air conditioning. The staff was great. From the greeting to the check-out, we were always pleased with the nice front staff and cleaning lady. We ended up having an extra person join us on this trip and they were so nice to get us a sofa bed and only charge us $300 pesos per night extra which was super cheap. The place is on a great location. Everything is super close. Lots of food spots, grocery stores, and the malecon was so close. I really recommend it.
The outside noise. It was right next to a restaurant/bar so all night there was music. Nothing bad for us since we knew that for the price, there could be something.

Nice people, clean room, but the loud music noises from the bars/ restaurants last till 4am, we had all the door and windows shut, still unable to sleep.
When you lodge the sleeping / rest is the key, if you unable to sleep in the hotel, there is no good values.
Close to beach , right in the town, but all those good things diminished by sleepless nights by excessive noise from streets…..

On a very busy noisy street. Hot water lasted 2 minutes in shower. No microwave a coffee machine but no coffee. Interior has seen better days. It was clean

It was a short walk to the Malcon. Close to many food vendors!!!
EXTREMELY LOUD!!! No insulation on building and thin windows so no noise buffer. A main bus stop is right outside the building. Also restaurants directly across the street blasted music EVERY night until 4am. One night and day a business alarm went off quite regularly, it sounded like a police siren! Bed is VERY firm. My body hurt every day after waking up from that bed. My best friend said her bed was the exact same. We are not large women and stay in shape so this was not something I was expecting from a bed.

Location of hotel was good and enjoyed the king size bed.
Bathroom needs 2 towel bars, a clothing hook and a shelf near the sink. It would be perfect then.

The room was very spacious and clean. Cute decor in the bedroom. Nice terrace & great location. Microwave, dishes, coffee maker, etc.
It was SO noisy outside. All night. We had to turn white noise on our Bluetooth speaker to drown out the noise. There were massive gaps around the doors to the terrace, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, which contributed to the noise. No blanket, only a sheet provided. The only AC was right over the bed and it was too warm without AC, but way too cold with it without a blanket. Also the toilet seat was so flimsy anytime we sat on it it would slide into the toilet and get stuck haha photo for reference.

i liked the location, it was close to everything, that's why I picked it. the room was large and the bed was large. it was curteous that complimentary water was included, and it was handy to have a fridge in the room. You can borrow an iron from the front desk which is handy. and the housekeeper I had was a older middle-aged lady and she was so so nice. Unfortunately I got food poisoning and I had to ask her to clean up the bed linen and she did it with genuine care and sympathy, it was really heartwarming.
i was on the top floor and the ceiling was a little... makeshift. parts of it were covered with builder's plastic tarp, which would flap in the wind at night and sounded like someone was breaking in or an animal was on the roof. You could hear everything, and this made me a little uneasy. This is purely bad luck but the guests downstairs had kids that wouldn't stop screaming bloody murder, so you heard it constantly. Worth noting that there is no elevator or ramp, so those with accessibility issues I simply don't recommend staying here, as you will struggle.

Location receptionist Miriam and hilarie are friendly
The boss didn’t wanna give the code to receptionist to process my tap pay. I got robbed during my stay from previous night and I only have my card attached on Apple Pay , their terminal is not working or accepting tap or Apple Pay. My card is on file they couldn’t check me in. If I cancel to create another reservation boss over the phone doesn’t wanna even guaranteed that I will get my money back. The representative over the phone named Connie from call center in Philippines is also not useful she is just kind but doesn’t have an alternative to an incident like this. Good thing I have credit card that I thought of using lastly which allowed me to checked in but took me almsot1 hour dealing with their boss over phone. Hotel is nice I will come back again just prepare to have actual card if you don’t have it and you got robbed also don’t come they won’t be able to accommodation you.

Great proximity for getting around to Playa Los Muertos, the gay bars, the Rio Cuale island market, Centro & the Malecon! Love having a bunch of great street food vendors right across the road. Reasonably comfortable, firm king size bed. Clean rooms & common area, with friendly, helpful staff!
The noise but we were expecting it because it’s on the highway, across from a 24hr Farmacia Guadalajara, the night street vendors & a major bus stop. Only having one AC unit in the bedroom meant it was freezing if you want to make the other rooms bearable. The lack of room décor & occasional furniture/lights made the living areas uncomfortable. The dishes & utensils provided with the kitchenette were practically useless.

Environnement horriblement bruyant.

Great location. Close to everything.
Water pressure can do better. Noise from the street can be heard during the night, making it a little bit annoying to get a full straight sleep

Great value and in a very good location for a last minute booking. Check in was smooth and safe and the hospitality was very good. I had a lower suite and it had a separate living room. The king size bed was comfortable and it was very clean. The living room space was great.
Nothing, but I wish they had TV’s in the living rooms!! Nothing fancy, just like an inexpensive 30 inch and a Roku would be a big upgrade for not much cost, but I’d still stay here again for certain. it’s all 5 stars from me.

The location was great but very very noisy. We didn't get towels each day and a bag was stolen from our room. The hotel staff knew little to no English so it was hard to communicate. They tried to overcharge us upon arrival

loved the location, the staff, great price.
beds are very firm like really firm, windows need to be replaced they are very then an let in a lot of noise plus all the AC air goes right out the thin window panes. window curtains did not close all the way to prevent light from coming in. the safe in the room isn’t very secure would love an upgrade on the safe.

Photos looked decent online and the location looked like it was good.
The hotel was not as advertised. It had ants in the kitchen and bathroom, I asked them to move rooms and they said no that they would just clean it. After they cleaned more ants came. The rest of the hotel room was dirty: floors, couches, bedding, and there was mold growing down the drain in the bathroom sink. Couldn’t sleep at night because the doors to the terrace had a 3-4 inch gap and the windows were paper thin. I could hear loud music coming from the street all night. I had ear plugs in and it was still so loud that it sounded like I was in the middle of a club. Left the next morning and found another place. The hotel staff & booking.com we’re not helpful at all in this situation.

The location - poor. I didn't know the city well so I took a chance. It is a very busy section of the city and so it was loud (very loud) into the late hours of the night and the noise started up very early in the morning. Sleeping was an issue. There is a bus stop right below my balcony - and so every 10 minutes or so, I had to deal with loud bus noises (buses stopping and going as well as fairly large crowds of people that use that bus). Convenient if you know how to move about using public transportation - inconvenient otherwise. Loud music until late at night. I walked the area every night for four nights and found locations a few blocks away where the only sound you heard was your very own foot steps.
The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. One major issue though - bed bugs. The first TWO nights, not a problem. I was fine. Starting on that third night I saw a few bites but since I'd spent time at the beach and the jungle, I thought maybe it was mosquitoes. Nope - the last night there I was devoured> my arms, legs - prototypical bedbug pattern. Dozens of bites right next to each other all over exposed areas. I am still dealing with it. The area is nice, tons of things to do so I might consider the area again - but no matter what (and I should have known better) - I'll be carefully checking beds and bedding before sleeping in any such place again. I don't see myself booking this particular hotel again.

Super central, great location and right beside all the buses. Our room had its own little patio with chairs and a hammock which was super cute.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the Romatic Zone, and a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and bars. The rooms are very big and spacious.
The rooms could do with some updating - especially the bathrooms.
Some rooms are above a busy bus stop, so are noisy. The ones on the other side look onto a brick wall...but are quiet.

Location right in the heart of zona romantica. 2 blocks away from the beach and nightlife. In front of the hotel you can find great foodstalls with delicious mexican streetfood. I'd like to point the amazing friendly staff, they do an excellent job.

location in centre. spacious
Street noise level.Outside people speaking loudly, playing music in vehicles.Driving noisily down street in front of hotel.Sometimes over 20 young people where loitering in the streets or snacking on outside street food stalls at 3.30 am. or 4.00 am.

Excellent location!
Wasn’t very clean. In 4 days of my stay, no one came to clean or even change towels. The drain in the shower wasn’t draining well. Very expensive for what it was.
2.0
Central location in zona romantic and room itself was nice, spacious with small kitchen set up.
I did not realize that there was no elevator, and I was on the third floor. I had a very heavy suitcase with me and had to drag it up three flights of narrow hard stairs. None of the staff offered to help. Also, with the central location came an incredible amount of noise from the busy streets and nearby bars.
