The location. The heated swimming pool and the view from the swimming pool. The facilities for families (nursing room, the playground, etc.).
The soap provided in the bathroom smells horrible (cigarettes). The room was a bit old in the sense that there were a lot of scratches on the walls ans the furnitures and traces of paints on the selling. The windows were very dirty outside and we couldn’t enjoy the view.

Great location. Amazing breakfast. Courteous staff. Nice facilities. Thumbs up!
Weird Covid policies still in effect. They are closing the pool for 20 minutes every 3 hours.
No plant milk available at breakfast. Very expensive drinks at the bar.

Fantastic view, amazing location, amazing staff.
For the price I paid I thought breakfast should have been included. Was very surprised it was not.

The location is very good, facing the sea.
The staff are well-trained and extremely polite and professional.
The lounge is cosy and comfortable.
The main building where we stayed is probably the older part of this hotel. We don't know about the "Annex" but that part is no longer worth 5-stars, except for the room price !
Our bedroom and its facilities need renovations (balcony door not closing properly=no sound-insulation, windows burning-hot most of the day, stained carpet, no real shower but a tub with a curtain...).
At check-in our room was literally an oven. During our entire stay, we couldn't get a decent room temperature for us to sleep comfortably, despite an extremely noisy AC. The reception sent us a technician who left us a fan as a solution. Disappointing.

The room is one of the most beautiful and comfortable places we slept in. The view from the balcony is a thing of itself. Service is exceptional. The Spa area is like a little paradise itself. I understand where the name comes from.
Oh we were in Paradise. Literally. Everything was perfect.

Top location directly on the beach at Haeundae. we had an ocean view romm with balcony, chairs and table. 2 minutes to the beach.
We also had two rooms with city view, strangely, those balconies did not have chairs or table.
One of the three lifts was broken during our stay, and you had to wait forever to finally catch a lift, which then was also full to the brim with people. This did not really imprve when the third lift became operational again.

Second visit since last August. Unfortunately, it was rainy during our visit, but the spa was beautiful even in that weather, so we were delighted. The speakeasy bar, which seemed new, exceeded our expectations, highly recommended. All the staff we met, servers, concierge, receptionists and housekeepers, were all very friendly and helpful.
We stayed in the main building this time, which was quite different from the Annex. We understand the building is old, but it needs some upgrades. The wallpaper was peeling. The lifts were very slow and shakey, and one was out of order. Often we had to wait over five minutes for a lift and could hear others complaining as well.
Would go back, but stay in the Annex.

Our stay could not have been better - the rooms and facilities were excellent, really spacious and comfortable. The gym and sauna were exceptional and a real highlight for our stay. The hotel is right on the beach and next to some lovely restaurants. It’s a bit far to central Busan but honestly the location is so lovely it’s a minor thing. Also, the staff were fantastic - the reception and porter team (it seems unfair to call such professional and helpful people porters but I don’t have another word!) were so kind and did their absolute best to assist us with anything we needed. We can’t wait to return!

I liked that the property is a few feet from the beach.
I didn’t like that the room was so hot! Guests can’t control the air conditioning. it was totally HOT! so uncomfortable that I had to ask for a fan.

The location and facilities are great. The staff is exceptional, friendly and always happy to help
The layout was not clear, even with the map they gave us. Some more signs to indicate the connecting corridors between the main building and the annex would be great

Clean, nice bed.
Really expensive food and drinks. Difficult to communicate with staff in English ( not all)

The spa
How there were extra charges for using the spa and the extra things in the hotel room.

Their breakfast buffet was superlative. The amount of options, coupled with their quality and presentation made it easily one of the finest perks of the hotel.
Additionally, the hotel is located on a quiet and impressively clean beach. No foul odors or smells from the shore, allowing us to lounge on our deck with our doors open to the surf and soak in the beauty.
The city view on the street side of our daughter’s room left something to be desired, but it was not noisy or loud. Just underwhelming compared to the ocean view room we had.

The climber was a great relaxing spa. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was extremely efficient along with being very kind. The location is great for a leisurely weekend trip, a nice promenade and coastal walk as well.
Restaurants are very expensive- good food but way overpriced.

Great location. Beautiful spa. Staff was nice. Loved the beach view.
Lots of kids in Cimer which was interesting. I had a hard time charging any of my devices in the room, some of the outlets didn't work. Also there's no where in the bathroom to plug in to curl your hair or straighten it. Just the hair dryer which is fine but there's no mirror to help with that by the desk so I had to use my phone. Not a huge deal but a little inconvenient for a higher end hotel.
Breakfast was at main building and was okay but probably over priced.

I wish the Annex building had a proper lounge with a proper cafe or a bar.
