Near subway
Long wait for lift and multi locations with same hotel name

Room is big. Location wise acceptable. Staff approachable.
No disposable toothbrush and bedroom slipper. Reason is because of green campaign.
4.1
Good sized room, location is good, just above mrt exit. Good for people who want to stay near Haeundae beach. We had 4 people but we paid for extra set of bedding which allowed one person to sleep on the floor on a thin mattress.
It’s not a non-smoking hotel though we got a non-smoking room. When we turned on the vent in the toilet, there was cigarette smell.

매일 룸클리닝서비스
엘레베이터의 효율적인 운영. 짝수층 홀수층 상가전용 이런식으로 제발 부탁드림.
4.1
Spacious
Mattress is sagging, uncomfortable and caused back pain.
Furniture are old, windows are dirty and you wouldn’t want to step out to the small balcony

Good position next to Heundae metro station. Very comfortable, spacious room. Soft bed and pillows, good air condition, best shower ever!
Poor view from the 7th floor.

So near everything
Check in at floor 6
4.1
friendly, yet professional staff
the entry was a bit cumbersome to get to, do to the taxi not stopping in front of it. The lack of signs in English did not help either.
4.1
The Place was nice and and close to the beach
The Breakfast was great
The last night the room flooded due to a problem of the hotel and they just send us to another room
Most of the hotel personel was not speaking sufficient english
4.1
lobby near reception desk was filled with boxes at reception on arrival and check out
staff were not helpful when I asked them for restaurant suggestions they said lots of restaurants and I should look up myself on internet
on check out when I asked to book a taxi to airport they said flag one on the street
the lifts were very slow
at breakfast they had run out of food and I had to ask for the fruit, yoghurt and scrambled eggs to be topped up - staff should have been across that but they weren’t

Great location and breakfast. A kitchenette in the room provides microwave ovens, rice cookers, and tableware, but there are many restaurants nearby, and you may not use them. There is a small balcony where you can see the sea slightly.
Because of the environmental protection policy, they did not provide toothbrushes

Location is good.
Staffs were nice.
Elevator. Elevator elevator.
I understand why people are complaining about elevator. I walked downstairs from 15th floor.

Clean and Comfortable.
Everything was great.

Loved the facilities in the suite, rice cooker, Kettle, Microwave, fridge-freezer, our own washing machine and utility room area, with a clothes drying hanger. Good views, fantastic location that was connected to the station. When it rained we could get on the Subway with absolutely no exposure to the rain at all.
Our washing machine was dirty, we had to wash it once before using. Same was true of the Coin Laundry downstairs. Lifts sometimes took a long time to wait for.

location is good
old furniture, I booked a suite but still the bed is small
the value is too much for such an old hotel !
4.1
- The location (you can access hotel elevator without going out of the subway) and the bus station is literally located in front of the hotel door.
The beach is around to corner.
- All facilities is in good condition and the bed was comfortable.
- none

It was a nice hotel with nice rooms with small living rooms. Location was great. Staffs are nice too.
Extremely crowded elevators during check out times. You could be waiting for the elevators for about 20min or more.

all good
nothing

Good place, but fire alarm went off at 4-5am all patrons had to run down up to 30 levels of emergency stairs just to be told it was a false alarm and there was no fire.
4.1
Location
Coin Laundry
The fact that the room was not carpeted
Room was crowded - too much furniture;
Heating system was too hot - unable to regulate properly;
Toiletries in the bathroom: hand soap should be replaced with liquid soap;

This is the second time that I’ve chosen to stay at Felix. It’s a great, affordable hotel for the location, a short walk away from Haeundae beach, surrounded by a number of restaurants and not to mention its extreme proximity to Haeundae metro station. I stayed in the half ocean suite double room which provided a comfortable amount of space for a couple, especially if you are planning to stay for more than a few days. This was a big plus for my partner and I as we spent some of our time working during our stay - one of us used the bedroom desk, the other used the living room table. The in-room kitchen + washing machine facilities, the size of the room (not a studio), parking, location and the overall price really gives Felix an edge over other accommodation options in the area which are limited, pricier and smaller by comparison. The staff were polite and courteous during this recent stay and during my previous stay here.
Below are things that could be improved but for the record, it didn’t really affect my stay negatively and I’d still recommend staying at Felix :)
- there are a limited number of lifts. If your stay is on the upper levels of the hotel, beware that it may take much longer to enter or exit the hotel when it gets busy during particular times of the day
- the hotel buffet breakfast selection is okay but ordinary. There were Korean and non-Korean options. Only espresso and americano were available as options on the coffee machine.
- the room wifi was patchy as you move about in the room, but you can get around this by connecting to an alternative wifi network in nearby rooms (the password format is the same).
