Lovely location, beautiful little village with some
Lovely pubs and river walks.
The room was very warm, one Dyson fan circulating cold air which wasn’t the most comfortable. The balcony looking over river was lovely. The room itself was clean and decent sized en-suite.
The Coppa restaurant was nice, food was good. The sun room to front wasn’t the cleanest but staff were nice.
No EV charger on the grounds which they would benefit from given location.

Location amazing, with lots of varied outdoor seating and food/drink facilities.
Very good breakfast menu with lots of choice, although I generally prefer a buffet breakfast.
We hired a 7 seater electric boat for an hour to explore the river. Very enjoyable.
Only annoying noise was from guests leaving weddings late both nights and passing our rooms en route to reception.

Loved the location. Right on the Thames!! So beautiful
Bar prices should have been more reasonable.

Fin beliggenhet og god plass.
Personale var ikke flinke til å rydde bord på uteområde. Forholdsvis dyr frokost.

There was a mix up on check-in and we were upgraded. I believe this should have been a different couple but the manager kept us in the room and did not charge, The staff were amazing and the hotel was a dream. Beautiful place to stay and a great location to base yourself
There was nothing to dislike

The location on the banks of the Thames is beautiful.
We could hear every footstep from the room above. It woke us up and kept us awake at night.
The service at the bar was poor. It took half an hour to get two drinks. There seemed no effort to speed things up and it was clear that customers were changing their minds about getting drinks because of the wait.

It was beautifully decorated in a great location with really really nice rooms and lovely hotel staff.
The only small thing was that the hotel ran out of hotel robes

Lovely location. Exceptionally good staff throughout.
Not much not to like really. Perhaps a little overly expensive for the meal and drinks.

Clean, fit for purpose
it was very hot - but we understand that the weather was exceptional and we appreciated the fan in our room and the offer of more water if required

Modern, fresh vibe
Lack of air con on a very hot weekend. Fans were provided though

The staff were particularly friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. You really felt that your requests were no problem for them. On Saturday evening we were seated at a table under an air con unit blowing cold air onto my bald head. I asked the duty manager if we could move tables but he turned the unit off, perfect. The location was perfect for us as we were on a botanical trip from Streatley station car park on Sunday, just a short walk. On Monday we walked from the hotel along the Thames path up onto the downs and returned to the hotel for a welcome cup of tea, in the relaxing lounge, perfect end to a good day.
Breakfast on day two was cold, particularly the poached eggs, absolutely stone cold. On day three the waitress, to whom we complained on day two, checked that the eggs were hot. The eggs were perfectly cooked and hot. First class service. The room was very hot when we arrived, the window only opened a few inches, as is usual. But by bedtime the room was cool enough to sleep. However when the room was serviced the window was closed! The room was therefore hot again! The room was a bit noisy from air conditioning unit outlets on the roof of The Coppa club, these ran all night. There was some late night noise from guests outside the club main door on Saturday. I have already commented on the poor service in Coppa Club on Saturday evening, the place was too busy for the staffing level.

Room small but comfortable. Location superb.
Steak was not up to expectation but compliant was discussed properly and cost not charged.

the rooms and the river view were just stunning
the restaurant (coppa club) was awful. I recommend finding somewhere near by to eat in. the pierreponts cafe over the bridge was excellent.

This is our favourite place to go. Myself and my partner buy each other a night here and stay from 27th December until 29th December every year and always will. Aswell as multiple times during the year. We love everything about it. The staff are also very helpful and nothing is too much trouble
Nothing to mention. Everything was great
