We had a great visit. The hotel was beautifully and artistically fitted out, the room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were super friendly and efficient. Shout out to Matt in the Long Bar - awesome bar tender.
Nothing- it was a good as it gets.

Incredible interior decor with 500+ artworks throughout rooms, halls and public spaces. Loved the clean guest laundry. Staff were all excellent and helpful.
We were in a studio loft. The bedroom is upstairs, the bathroom was downstairs. We knew, but didn't love that.
4.0
Loved the room and reception and the valet parking
Bar service was a bit patchy - we were outside and ended going in to order as it was clear nobody would notice us. They the took our drinks somewhere else first.

We were staying at Henry Jones as we were doing the 3 Capes Walk. Great location, very comfortable with a touch of luxury, fabulous bartender, who looked after us despite closing up for the night … This really made our experience so lovely. Then, when I returned from my walk, we got an upgrade, so that was a nice treat!
Thank you everyone!
Would have loved to stay another night!

Great location, very pleasant staff. Beautiful artwork. Valet parking.
Bathroom tired and in need of a makeover. Unnecessary difficulty and confusion locating room on arrival. Impossible to make the room cool enough to sleep comfortably.

Breakfast was wonderful.
The cheese and fruit a bonus.
Was able to take it with us and came in handy at the airport 🙂
Art tour was great, didn’t realise we could do the tour at Macq1. Thought we had to pay.Would have been a bonus. Staff didn’t mention.
Matt in the bar a connoisseur with cocktails and wonderful service.
Next time check room, would have loved a view.
Room felt closed in.

The hotel itself was very interesting and we enjoyed exploring it.
Our particular apartment was a letdown. Stairs to bedroom but bathroom downstairs. Not great for older folk. Absolutely no views. Felt closed in.

Great staff, great rooms, fantastic location.
The pillows were too squishy and soft. Minor issue, and literally the only problem.

Fabulous location, it certainly is a unique Hotel.
Very lovely
The bathroom. Vanity basin to shallow and water went everywhere. Glass walls a bit unnerving

Great location, walking distance to most things in town. Friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. Free parking.
Window shades did not block light at all. Room was practically lit once the sun came up (real lit). We also did not pay for breakfast as part of our stay. We did eat next door at “Jam Packed,” one morning. After paying and coming up to our room, we got a call from the front desk saying that we did not pay for our breakfast despite having paid. This left a bit of a bad taste in our mouths prior to departure. Cannot speak to the hotel’s breakfast.

Historic venue. Artworks
Not enough staff at breakfast....excellent service by the two waitresses, but by 8.30am it was a long wait for a coffee.

breakfast was not included. Highly recommend a short walk to Daci & Daci bakery
As ever, our room was not ready when we arrived around 1pm but the staff stored our bags very well and put them in our room for when we returned to the hotel later in the day.
