Exceptional views and an outstanding service

Exceptional views and service, they provide shuttle services to head to the top of the mountain where the villas are located 24x7, which made it convenient. Will definitely return back.

The laundry services take way more time than expected. Other than that everything was great.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

We stayed in a room with a private plunge pool. The view was absolutely incredible. The room and outdoor area were very clean and comfortable. The staff were so nice and helpful. The breakfast selection was amazing, there was a very wide selection of different cuisines. We loved our stay here so much we will definitely come back!

This was a great choice, the courtesy bus into Patong was a great service and we utilised it daily.

The resort offered everything we needed. The view was exceptional from the pool villa. I liked that you could access Netflix, nothing was to much trouble.

Good location just out of the hustle and bustle of Patong beach

Very loud traffic noise from the main road. The pool was quite dirty and the pool lights did not work. The air conditioning left the room quite smelly.

Wonderful stay at an amazing hotel.

Staff were amazing, so very friendly, excellent service. Luxurious clean and comfortable room. Very tasty breakfast with plenty of choice.

An excellent place for someone looking for family-friendly accommodation in Patong.

The hotel staff were extremely good and helpful. They provided an international breakfast, and the shuttle bus to Patong Beach was helpful.

The property has an outdoor tennis court, gym, and two swimming pools. However, I would prefer it if the property had an indoor gaming room or any kind of indoor entertainment area to alleviate boredom.

Lovely hotel with great views of Patong.

The hotel is slightly out of Patong and up the hillside providing a peaceful getaway from the non-stop traffic, pollution and noise. It had beautiful views and our room had its own private plunge pool. It had a complimentary bus which took you into the party town; we used this and got a Tuc Tuc back - 10 minute drive in the traffic. The staff couldn’t do enough for you - very clean and well looked after.

The property is very well cared for, but it’s a bit dated inside. The main pool is near the road and you get noise and pollution - so not that peaceful.

Excellent stay, would definitely recommend.

The staff were AMAZING - they really couldn’t do enough for you.

It was a bit out the way and it wasn’t possible to walk anywhere because of the roads. However, the hotel has a really good free shuttle service.

اطلاله الغرف ممتازه جدا وحجم الشقق كبير وواسع يصلح للعايله

لايوجد خصوصيه في دورات المياه المسابح لايوجد فيها خدمات موقع الافطار عند الطريق مما يسبب ازعاج وعدم الاستمتاع بالافطار

Hotel espectacular si per tranquilitat i gresca

L’allotjament esta molt aprop de Patong centre pero no esta dins, cosa que fa que puguis gaudir de tranquilitat igualment. Nosaltres teniem la Sky suite i les vistes eren una passada. El personal super bé, es molt amable i et posen totes les facilitats possibles.

Les begudes de l’hotel són cares comparades amb les de Pantong pero comprensible

Great hotel

The location and view was awesome, the rooms were clean and breakfast was awesome, and it was near to patong which to some is good, there was daily shuttle bus to patong. The reception was great alsos speaks English very good.

There was an issue in my room upon my arrival that I told them about before coming but it wasn't considered and I talked to the manager about it and she didn't want to solve it or upgrade me to a better and told me to cancel the booking if I don't accept the current situation, which was a bit irritating to me as I was on my honeymoon. But in the end they moved us to another room after a day which wasn't the best also but was better than the last one.

Отель расположен на горе. Удаленно от кафе и магазинов, если путешествуете пешком, то ходить придется много. Но с другой стороны, удаленность большой плюс, вечером тихо и спокойно!

A great property overall and good value for money, especially for families.

The villas were spacious and good for a family. The plunge pools were great. Staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay.

The steep hills to and from the rooms and number of stairs made it challenging to get around, especially with a baby.

a bit far from Patong Beach, need to drive for about 10 mins to Patong Beach. far from restaurants. luckily we have rented car.

The pool villas and the view make this a must destination while visiting Phuket

We rented the 4 bedroom pool villa because the smaller bedroom pool villas were not available. It didn’t cost much more in US and was totally worth it. The view was amazing. You are looking onto patong beach and it is just as beautiful at night as it is during the day. The food at the only restaurant was great authentic Thai food the best we had in our 14 days in Phuket.

There is only one restaurant at the resort. A couple more options would be nice. There were also not many selection options for drinks.

Beautiful views and good service, but lacking facilities, getting shabby and overdue for renovation.

Efficient service whenever we requested anything, friendly staff, a very good breakfast, beautiful sea view from the terrace of our room, well-maintained landscaping, reliable shuttle bus to Patong.

The rooms and common areas are tired and long overdue for renovation, and the same goes for the restaurant. No one uses the restaurant except for breakfast, and the advertised "rooftop bar" no longer operates. The aircon was too small to cool down the room sufficiently at night. No chair in the room, nowhere to sit on the terrace - just the two pool lounges. The shower temperature control did not work at all. Not the ideal location if you love the beach - it would have been better to be closer to Patong.
