On the whole, our stay was really pleasant and quite accessible to nearby eateries and 7-11s.

We totally loved the impression we got right from the time the friendly concierge welcomed us and then were greeted by the front desk. Lovely, quiet and decent atmosphere.

The only drawback was, we got a room on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator in the property. Had to get our bags up and down ourselves if we had some major shopping to get done.

The location is strategic to all attraction places

The receptionist that are not friendly,the breakfast is poor and many mosquitoes.

Great spot away from the hustle and bustle

The location was nice and quiet being tucked away down a soi. Lovely pool and lovely helpful staff. Good breakfast for 200THB... They'll make your eggs how you like them!

Плюсы: - классное расположение: до пляжа 5 минут пешком, до кафешек и тусовочных мест 10 минут. Все рядом - При этом на территории отеля тихо и спокойно, как будто оазис - классный бассейн: большой, просторный, рядом удобно отдохнуть на лежаках

- изначально был забронирован стандартный номер. Это было ужасно: маленький, сырой, с маленькой ванной и неисправной кроватью. Грущу, что отдельно не сфотографировал, но по есть фото с карточкой отеля, где видно, насколько там темно. Эти номера даже расположены в отдельном 3х этажном здании (за бассейном, на фото). Это совсем не то, что ожидалось по фото на букинге. - В итоге доплатил на стойке втридорого за делюкс и как будто попал в другой отель - все стало классно и комфортно (фото с кроватью)

personnel très bien, endroit propre. proche de la plage. petit déjeuné copieux et varié. piscine agréable et bien aménagé.

le nettoyage devrait être mieux fait aussi dans les coins et des toilettes.

Für mich sofern ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer verfügbar ist immer eine Option.

War bereits zuvor in diesem Hotel und bin gleichermaßen zufrieden. Alles wie immer gut. Die Betten sind im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels vor Ort sehr bequem. Das Hotel ist gut positioniert. Habe bereits den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht.

he place was good for what we paid for. we where in room 5006 the shower was terrible and the water build up in the shower. It need to be cleaned to get rid of hair and build up in the draining whole.

Location. Clean lobby. Lots of green plants. Staff ok.

Mosquitoes. Shower-head is not okay for hotel standard. Pool is just open 8am-6pm. Breakfast not much of varieties. Bed too firm.

Relaxing and enjoyable

I have stayed here many times. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is great at the restaurant and amazing breakfast buffet. Great location at the quite end of patong. Atm on sight and stand alone coffee /dessert shop. Taxis are easy ti arrange and good rates The pool is beautiful Thanks for always a great experience

Not allowed to take coffee to go from the breakfast that was paid separately. Having my coffee by the pool would be nice.

Good value for hotel near beach and away from busy road

My room was at the back of the property, facing a privacy wall. The location was initially offputting, but then I realized it made the room much more private than those that faced the pool. Pool was beautiful. Towels can be checked out for both beach and pool.

Phuket was not my jam, but the hotel wasn't to blame.

Very good

Good location, very quiet and relaxing. The room we had was very spacious. The pool is very clean and well looked after.

Arrogant guests claiming the sun lounges for the entire day, and not using them. Not the fault of hotel staff though.

A decent choice

The hotel is just a short 3min walk away from the beach and overall the value I got for the price was good. The porter (a bit older gentleman) was outstandingly nice and I want to mention him specifically as a very pleasant and customer oriented guy.

There was an issue with the balcony door which didn't lock. It was fixed when I asked for that but I would hope for someone to realize such an issue before guests arrives. The problem seemed not to be a new one. Unfortunately, the mechanism only worked if you applied some pressure and the cleaning crew never did that so that the door was unlocked everytime the room had been cleaned.

Not worth the money

walking distance to the beach, convenience store and cafes nearby, quieter than other parts of Patong

Our rooms were totally different than the photos and bathroom was rundown. Asked for side by side rooms and they agreed weeks prior check in, but was given rooms on different floors instead. One of our rooms was infested with termite swarmers on the second night. Digusting! We asked for a tuktuk to get downtown, receptionist gave us a private driver (random woman with a nissan) whom charged us 50% more for the ride and claimed it’s the same as tuktuk, we found out it wasn’t after getting an actual tuktuk to return. There is a spooky abandoned building behind our rooms as well…
