Everything was incredible about the property! The room was spacious and very clean, location was excellent as it was right on the beach front and staff really cared about not only guests satisfaction but keeping the hotel as clean as possible. Dinner with the fire show was a highlight. Breakfast each morning was delicious!
Nothing!

Location
The smell near the reception

The hotel, restaurant and bar had a great traditional Filipino vibe. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location central and excellent.
There is a fire dancing show every night which takes place right in front of the hotel main entrance. The whole area stinks of kerosene and black ash floats up to cover any cloths drying on balconies. The bed was hard and the disco next door very load until after 2am.

Location
Delay in cleaning the room. Left in the morning ang hang the make up room sign but when we came back in the afternoon, the room wasn’t clean yet.

Everything was perfect.
Breakfast spread can be more continental.

Great location, was also able to check in early. Staff was kind and accommodating, room is spacious and clean.
Good breakfast spread with a wonderful view of the sea. Beach towels are provided daily at the front desk.
The hotel coordinated transfers from the airport to the hotel and were responsive to inquiries.
Walls are thin and our room was near the exit where cleaning supplies are, so you can constantly hear the door being loudly opened and shut.
Room design could be more modern. Maybe it was just our room- since our parent’s room had a more modern design.
It was difficult to use the dispenser for shampoo/ conditioner— but it was an easy fix to just buy a sachet at the convenience store.

Great location on the beach and juts a few minutes walk from D'Mall with restaurants, shops and nightlife. Has it's own restaurant, pool and bar onsite, great for watching the sunset. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
4.2
Booked for 3 rooms and were huge, exceptionally clean and comfortable. I requested for level 1 for the 3 rooms and they were kind enough to accommodate my request. Friendly staff. Nice food in the restaurant. The location is the best as it is a beachfront and close to Dmall.
Breakfast was great but probably a buffet could have been better. But it is ok.

very helpful staff, hotel is located almost on the beach. towels and beds are clean.
no sun beds in the hotel! as well there are no sun beds and shadows on the beach. so if hotel has sun beds near the pool it would be preferable.
There was very noisy till 2 a.m. at night from a cafe located nearby. it was not possible to sleep! Felt like drums inside your head in the room!
yet old furniture smells like wet dog. and there are some mosquitoes as well.
Food in the restaurant is not tasty, cocktails in bar have no taste at all! But there are lots of restaurants and cafes outside near, so not a big problem.

I like the 2 rooms with the bay view
I reserved for a bay view room preferably at the 2nd floor months before because we have 4 seniors and that’s what I paid for, but the other room they gave me was at the ground floor for the first day and the second day they put my parents at the half view bay side room which is not the room that I choose . Only on the last day they put us on the room I preferred for . Very dissatisfied and disappointed that is why we moved to the other hotel for our 4th day at feliz hotel and stay for another 4 days over there .

This is my first time here...and it is a fantastic vacation destination spot. The hotel is just at the beginning of Station 2 so it has everything within a few minutes' walk...including the beach which is 50 feet away from the entrance.
The room, food, and bar are all excellent...The staff... well...what can you say about Filippino's friendliness and hospitality....it cannot be beaten.
As I said- the start of Station 2 ....so if you need absolute quiet to sleep this may be a little noisy for you. I am a light sleeper and I was fine.
I will retuirn and stay here....loved it.
Anything negative is outside of the hotels control.
