Posizione favorevole ma tutto il resto lascia a desiderare

La posizione

Il titolare non è stato cortese, quando gli abbiamo segnalato delle problematiche. Non hanno cambiato gli asciugamani dopo aver fatto la camera perché non erano posti per terra. Non hanno rifornito il rotolo della carta igienica sé non dopo sollecito. Abbiamo lasciato la camera la mattina, e ci siamo accorti subito dopo partiti di aver lasciato un caricabatterie iPhone originale nuovo nella presa della camera. Abbiamo segnalato subito contattando la struttura e ci hanno risposto che dovevano chiedere alla seconda persona che fa le pulizie. Magicamente il caricabatterie si è volatilizzato. Bisogna essere cortesi e disponibili nei confronti dei clienti e non essere trattati in modo sgarbato e scortese perché le persone non ci metteranno più piede.

Really nice and we going to be back.

Location is perfect. Cremona Circuit is near, very good restaurants only walk distance away. Breakfast was typical Italian but very nice. The town is near and there is all what you need. Room is enough. The extra bed is not big :O).

too noisy to enjoy

clean, well-maintained facilities and a friendly staff.

sounded like I was standing on the shoulder of a highway. I could hear the constant traffic noise rushing by despite wearing earplugs and noise cancelling headphones. found it next to impossible to sleep, especially since it was warm in the room but A/C was not working and could not open a window since it would be even louder Highway noise. seriously, the room shook when trucks passed on the highway.

This was my 3rd stay here but this time I chose there new rooms which were very big and open plan. Overall this property meets more than my expectation hence I return here every time I travel to Casalmaggiore for business. The staff are really great and friendly.

Friendly staff with a warm welcome. Large, well equipped rooms clean rooms.

Parking is a little tight for large vehicles, and breakfast selection was smaller than some other establishments, but ample well recieved, none the less.

We had a wonderful stay, staff were fabulous

Facilities were fantastic and the pool was an absolute treat. Breakfast was lovely and there was also a lovely restaurant across the road.

Breakfast served in a clean and cosy ambient. Delicious croissants and a couple of good cakes. Coffee not from bar machine, though decent hot blend.

It is a very nice country style hotel.

At least once a year I have to visit Casalmaggiore for business. The hotel is my regular and favorite hotel in the area.

Beautful place with insufficient management

Luna Residence has a beautiful design and all facilities for a nice stay, including a small swimming pool. The rooms are large and very wel equipped in an original lay-out. Breakfast is OK

The management of Luna can be improved. A lot of noise at the swimming pool because of an air refreshing system and a lot of light in the rooms during the night because an alarm light that could not be switched off. English was rather poor and people were very loud.
