Tranquillità del luogo. Vicinanza all'autostrada; comfort
Struttura vetusta. Porte, finestre e sanitari sono decisamente da cambiare anche se ancora efficienti.

Well located for the area, no restaurant at the time of my visit but there are good options a very short walk away. Lots of parking
Decor is dated.

We recently stayed at Hotel Terme di Castel San Pietro and overall had a good experience. The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check-in late at night. We booked four rooms and while three of the rooms were great, one had a heavy smoking smell, which was unpleasant. We were too tired to request a change of room at the time, but it's possible that we could have avoided the issue if we had asked earlier. In general, we found the value for the money to be great.

Noisy.

Delicious with a wide range of options and a most attentive member of staff who looked after everyone in a very thoughtful way

The staff has been very nice
The whole hotel has a bit of a run-down feel.
Must have been a top hotel when new, but now needs a major renovation

The receptionist upon arrival was charming, helpful with restaurant arrangement.
She whole heartedly admitted that I got their worst room.
Terrible room,
Terrible breakfast room.
Both were designed in the 1950s (my guess) and remained like this.

Pleasant staff,
Large room,
Possibility to park nearby,
Restaurants in the vicinity.
Very expensive hotel for the services provided!
210€ the room/night is exorbitant for a very old hotel, very dirty carpets in the corridors, a not very clean elevator, a very noisy room because the walls are very thin, a very old bathroom with broken tiles and a shower wall with mould!
The bar is almost non-existent....
The breakfast is not great either with a mediocre orange juice and a limited choice.
Frankly.......... at this price........I am very very disappointed!

The lobby and the reception were having an air of new decoration, but not the rooms . Castel San Pietro Terme was a worth visiting village.
A smell of closure was all over the room. Old room decoration and uncomfortable deds and pillows.

it is the worst hotel ever

The room was clean, as well as the rest of the facility, the staff was friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is nice and very calm. There are free parking spaces available in front of the facility.
Beds weren't the most comfortable, and the room window view wasn't necessarily the nicest. Rooms are a bit on the older side.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The receptionist is the sweetest person ever. She was incredibly professional and helpful.

Good value for money
The rooms are little old

The had heating at least in the room.
Its a tipical old hotel, with old lifts, old windows, old beds, old furnitures and the old type of services. This is the type hotel where you see the light bulbs are not changed in the lamp of night desk. Old yellow dirty handphone next the bed.
Life is not vibrate here at all.
Some 2 stars hotels in east are more developed.

The hotel was well located on the edge of a wooded forested area in spa town with access to pleasant rural walks or easy access to the town,it was also served by a local bus the terminus located in the grounds, the hotel was also within easy access of restaurants/bars, as we were travelling early the staff did provide croissants and coffee, the letdown however was the room itself which was basic and tired..the shower was fine however had not been cleaned correctly..small amount of hair on tiles
The room was tired, the shower area not correctly cleaned.

The hotel is very well located in the middle of a park outside the town, but you can easily reach in 5 min it by car. Railway station is abt 10 min. where there is a free parking and you can reach easily Bologna or other tourist places.
The hotel is very comfortable and I couldn't ask better . They are renovating many parts, soon it will look even better ! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, with a great selection of salty or sweet products. We had the chance to eat at the Restaurant and the Chef is good preparing high quality dishes. Mariangela the waitress is a very professional lady friendly and helpful even with a good knowledge in wines! I will do recommend this hotel to friends and I definitely will come back!
