Excellent Swedish breakfast, friendly staff,
Nothing related to staff or property but some of the guests apparently do not know how to use brush in the toilet, left their items around etc.

Very solid location, clean rooms, clean bathroom and clean bedding. Bathroom properly equipped, hot water. Solid place for the price. 24/7 reception - very important and useful, given my flight. AC was there and working, essential due to the temperature those days.
Beds, comfort wise were reliably in the "fine" range. Sound isolation between the rooms was good, but was VERY poor with the corridor - so if someone was walking or doing something in the corridor, you could hear it very easily.

The place is very easy to reach - basically just outside of the central station - and the ladies behind the counter very helpful. The kitchen is huge and well furnished.
The whole place has a bit of a dystopic fashion and cold atmosphere. My room was a small, neon-enlighted box without any windows.
I wouldn't say its a bad hostel- the price is just right - but still it's not the nicest place ever.

The staff was very kind. The bathrooms were very clean
There were bunk beds in the room and I didn't want that. The room had a funny smell. The room was incredibly small.

Location is a very good.
Bed was very uncomfortable. There were not even enough room to sit on the bed.
Also, I had to put on bedclothes myself! I felt like an employee, not a guest.

it says in the booking information that in a dorm you can’t check in after 22.
yet same random man came in 3 in the morning asking if he could turn on the light.
this summer I was working in Uppsala and stayed at the same location. sometimes people have a cold and they wasn’t asked to take a privet room, yet I was for little coughing in the night, due to 2 people changing rooms. they had no idea on how the night went. without any complaints from a third person!

5 star ⭐️ cleaning staff. It’s a very clean hostel- every time I looked they were cleaning. Very spacious kitchen area, waiting area, bathroom and breakfast area. Comfortable bed and nice sheets and towel that they give to you. I actually was able to sleep, which was great
Not sure this city is really for tourists, but I think better for those in transit and students

the beds didn’t make noise and were nice and sturdy, plus the location was absolutely ideal.
the room I was in was very tiny, i had to crawl in my bunk bed and still kept hitting the seizing. definitely not comfortable, it was the tiniest 4p dormitory I’ve ever seen and not sure if it’s reasonable. furthermore, I was missing a window in the room for some ventilation, since it was so small it smelled pretty bad in the room.

Very good location and the whole place was nice and clean! The staff was also very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is superb, right next to the central station without hearing the noise from the trains.
I don't like that the rooms.domg have any windows but I guess that's common in Sweden. In the kitchen there are only non-reusable plates and cups made from paper and generally at breakfast separating trash etc. was not really done. The beds were not that great and I wish you had more room to hang your towel, jacket etc.

Hotel room was extremly small like a box. Matras and pillow are dirty. Toalett, bathroom are lokated in another korridor. Logisticaly you need to walk 20 m every time you need to pee. Everything is sticky, hair everywhere. Brrrr...Worst value for money. You can find much better condition nearby.
