Very good stay. Enjoyed our time.

Great staff throughout the premises and they were very appreciative of attempts to speak French. Great quality gym considering it's a hotel. Great variety of on-site activities. Food was also varied every night and offered multiple options for all tastes and diets.

Variety of cocktails was weak and could be improved. Location is a little far from the airport and can take a while to travel to during busy periods.

Formidable séjour, hôtel super et personnel adorable.

Buffet délicieux, équipements parfaits, animateurs formidables tout en étant discrets. Personnel vraiment adorable partout et également au restaurant. Beaux spectacles. Tout est parfait!

Les terrains de tennis sont à rénover complètement. Le tour de jogging autour de l’hôtel à améliorer avec plus de plantes et fleurs, il pourrait être top! Et dommage que le restaurant marocain n’ait pas un extérieur…

If you like "all-ins" in the sun this is definitely for you.

Room comfortable and right by pool was great. Food and drink non-stop - you will not starve!

Location was limiting - nothing to see outside the walled grounds.

une belle satisfaction sur l alimentation nous nous sommes régalés tous les jours midi et soir des plats proposés ,un grand bravo au service de cuisine pour la qualitée des mets et sa diversité,cela donne envie de revenir dans cette etablissement .

rien a redire sur l ensemble de notre sejour un effort a faire sur la qualité des raquettes pour le ping pong et sa disponibilité,un retour de navette entre 16H30 ET 18H30 serait bienvenue surtout si on rate ce creneaux

Absolutely wonderful vacation in Marrakesh! Coming back to Iberostar to relax made it even more of a great holiday!

Beautiful grounds. The food options were amazing. Great entertainment team. The pools were heated.

The beds are a little hard for my liking, but still very clean.

المساحات الخضراء، حسن تعامل المشرفين على خدمة الزبائن

الماء المعدني في القنينات لم يعد متاح حتى في الغرفة، عدم إمكانية حجز غرفة بسرير واحد كبير،الأسرة في الغرفة غير مريحة (تقادمت) الصنابير في الغرفة او في صالات الحمام أصبحت صعبة الفتح يجب تغييرها

Superbe séjour, hotel agréable et personnel au top

Les repas étaient vraiment excellents, et délicieux, cuisine raffiné, et changeante. Le personnel agréable. Nous voyageons beaucoup, et 1ere foix en tout inclu, aucun regret, on a adoré. Animations au top. et personnel très poli, ca change de la france ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine ou il n'ay avait pas d'enfants, super calme. Une piscine pour chaque age, et c'est super pour le repos.

Great option to relax and visit the city

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is quite nice, the staff is wonderful, always very caring of children and friendly. There were always plenty of food options, between Moroccan and European cuisine. For those interested there's always plenty of activities, either for adults as well as children. It's a great option to have some relaxing vacation and visit the city. The shuttle service to the city works very well.

Nothing too serious. The hotel needs a bit of upgrade in some areas.

Exceptional

The food was of exceptionally good quality. Very clean, stylish and spacious room with modern bathroom and big shower. Big swimming pool and separate swimming area for little children, playground and house with activities for kids. Free shuttle bus to city center a few times a day to Place Liberte, close to supermarket Carrefour. From there, it is 15 minutes walk or a few minutes by taxi until Kutubiyya Mosque and market Souk. Amazing place for family holiday. There is table tennis, aquagym, zumba, evening entertainment. People who work in this hotel do amazing job to keep this hotel clean, cosy and entertaining. The service was of the highest standard

friendly staff and great food.

The staff are very friendly. Hotel is very clean and gardens are lovely. Food choice was excellent, my daughter and I are both vegetarian and were very happy with the choice.

The bathrooms are clean but dated, probably due an upgrade. would not stop me booing again.

A beautiful resort, where nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be back!

The staff couldn’t do enough to help, we stayed for a short escape to the sunshine and it was perfect! Food was delicious, the buffet was our favourite, fabulous choice and delightful setting under the olive trees outside. Spotlessly clean pool area with the option to join in with the activities if you choose, the beer was lovely, the cocktails delicious! Easy to get a taxi to the city, around a 20 minute journey.

We would travel back in a heart beat! We thought everything was fabulous!

Great Value

There are 3 pools non of which were overly busy when we went. The restaurant staff were really attentive and there were loads of activities to keep us busy. Quick service at the bars and the archery and trapeze instructors were great.

We were located in the second building so was a bit of a walk to the facilities. Booked 2 massages for 1 hour and both times, they stopped 10 minutes earlier than expected. It would be good if the pool opened a little later.

Far exceeded all expectations!

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. Compared to other all inclusives I have stayed in I would have to say it was exceptional. Firstly the service and friendliness of all the staff , all went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble for anyone . The organized events from cocktail parties , cookery demonstrations , and a very professional entertainments team all impressed me very much. The food was outstanding , excellent choice and high quality. The choice of drinks and service at the bars again second to none. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Great staff, plenty to do within the hotel and an amazing place to stay to explore Marrakech

Amazing staff who were so friendly and would approach you to take part in activities. Large hotel with x2 pools and plenty of space and activities. Great food options on offer at the buffet and all the staff at reception are friendly and help you to book excursions. We did camel riding, quad biking + sunset dessert dinner PLUS a walking tour of the nearby seouks. Recommend booking with reception so you know you are safe and they provide a transfer to and from the hotel with other guests which was nice because we made some friends!

A little bit far from the town centre but honestly, Marrakech is a small city so it makes total sense. Free transfers are provided to get you in and out.

Great stay, excellent facilities and staff and would def be back!

Friendly staff throughout from reception, animation team, activities team, restaurant, room service and cleaning staff. Khalid (intern), Katie, Sara hotel manager, Hannan room service cleaner, Chakeb, Muhammed Ali, photographers were all amazing with us and our daughter. The chef in the main restaurant also prepared a soup for our baby especially, as she's a fussy eater. Staff also brought food into the Morrocan restaurant for our baby too. They also allowed us to take some snacks for our daughter for the airport. Food had very good selection with the main restaurant, food trucks by the pool and BBQ area outdoors. Restaurants are also very clean with cleaners working throughout. Kids club - good to have, but we were a little restricted due to daughters age. There is a kids disco but it starts quite late and I would recommend an earlier time as it clashes with bed time for young ones. Splash pad was heathed which was great. Shuttle bus service was handy to the souk and goes quite regularly. The only issue was that it's about 20min walk from the main souk which can feel like a lot more in the heat! Rooms were clean and good in size. Cot provided for our toddler which she slept well in. Activities - good selection of things to do throughout the day, even with a toddler we managed to take turns and participate in the activities. Grounds is beautiful for walks, toddler naps and to work off the calories consumed! Currency exchange available at reception and the rate is decent. Food for home

No changing rooms in the pool area, but there are toilets. Bit awkward to change for a baby Pork served in main restaurant - though it was served separately, it did make us feel uneasy that it was so close to the rest of the food. Warning signs should be bigger, we saw an elderly Muslim woman take it on her plate and was horrified when she was informed by another guest of what it was.

Great hotel in Palmerio area

Staff are welcoming, accommodating and fun. The hotel has everything from sports to entertainment. A Zen pool where it is adults only and quiet, away from the main pool and separate kids pool. The main pool has activities throughout the day from cooking to water aerobics there are mini sport tournaments as well. All inclusive and excellent value for money with no restrictions. Highly recommended

loved everything. staff were all amazing, food was delicious - even my fussy daughter loved the food. nice activities to participate in if we wanted to. beautiful well kept gardens. went on a few trips which were easy to organise at the hotel.
