You perfect holiday stay in Marrakech! Beautiful, peaceful and clean <3

Let's start with the most important: Les Deux Tours is an amazing hotel! We extended our stay with two nights as it was so lovely- total we stayed for six nights. We got upgraded to a Junior Suite in the beginning; the room was spacious, clean and peaceful. The hotel area is like a huge garden, pool area is big and comfortable. The hotel organized nicely the transportation to the city and we also took a day trip to the mountains organised by the hotel. Service was a very good through out our stay in the reception, in the restaurant, in the spa... everywhere! I'm picky with my hotels and this exceeded our expectations. We would come back any day! Extra points also for the music in the eating areas, turtles and Mr Peacock in the mornings :)

- Breakfast could have been a little bit more versatile / changing options during the stay - There was quite limited option to eat "something light and easy" eg. mezze, pizza slice etc. - Service on the pool side was friendly but not so proactive as it could have been, also there was no proper snack menu. No free water was served to the pool side and taken into consideration it was over +40 one could expect that in 5* hotel

A wonderful break in a luxury hotel

The food in the restaurant was excellent. European and Moroccan cuisine.

We adored this hotel. Staff helpful and friendly and attentive. Facilities excellent and mostly the style of the architecture and the gardens and grounds were fabulous - so tranquil and beautiful and relaxing.

Great charming stay

The hotel is very charming. The garden is beautiful and the facilities are great. We enjoyed a lot our stay at Les Deux Tours. You’re in a relax environment, but within 15 min at the city center.

The room needs to be modernized a bit. The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable.

A beautiful hotel that I would highly recommend

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and gardens and pool were beautiful as were the restaurants. The room was lovely with a large private terrace. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The breakfasts were varied and delicious.

The evening food was very average.

This hotel is one of the most idyllic stays I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Everything was just perfect. We especially love the garden and restaurants. Also the hamam was terrific.

A restorative week at a truly beautiful hotel

We had a lovely few days as Les Deux Tours - the hotel is very comfortable and the grounds are beautiful, especially around the main pool area, which was really nice to swim in and warm. Our villa was very comfortable and well equipped, including a baby cot, plenty of toiletries and comfortable living areas. The addition of the private pool at our villa was great, especially with our young son. Breakfast was superb, as were the dinners we had, especially the lamb tagline and chocolate fondant! All the staff were very kind and attentive, as were those who worked in the spa.

The only comment we would make is that none of the restaurants at the hotel have proper high chairs for babies/ toddlers, but rather have booster seats which were not only inconvenient to use, and meant our son could not reach the table properly, but also potentially dangerous/ could cause a fall. That being said all the staff attempted to help as much as possible and said they would review their provision.

Beautiful property, amazing gardens and helpful staff. Special mention to the reception staff and Mohcine the barber!

The bathroom in the classic room did not come with a separate shower - it was combined with a bath and did not have a screen. the water pressure was either poor or too strong which made it a faff.
