got moved from atlas sport to the grand hotel as the atlas had been used for Ukrainian refugees
would have been nice to been told before hand but can’t fault the grand hotel

got an upgrade to the Grand Hotel, so the review is done for Grand Hotel

We didn’t like our room on the first night, too far and so many steps for my friend who is over 84. The next morning we talked to a very friendly female front desk and she organised a new upgrading room in the main building.
We tried to have dinner in your restaurant one evening. My meal was so poorly done, we have raised this with the restaurant manager and the girl at the front desk. Need improving!

1st time staying in garmish, and the hotel and the staff were outstanding. I would come back again, the food was delicious and the location was perfect for walking or getting a bus to where we wanted to go.
Fun activities at the hotel such as the massage was closed due to covid not really the hotels fault.

Great location in the center of Partenkirchen, mixture between old and traditional and contemporary style
nothing

Bathroom was very clean and new, but a bit small.
The room was small; there was a desk, but it was small and occupied by a huge TV. The night tables near bed were really tiny. There was no place to put our things on: no place for laptops (and only one chair), for cups, for a book... The wardrobe was huge, but unpractical: very few shelves, some high so not practical to use

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were also available 24/7. The location is great, in a beautiful part of the town with many nice stores and restaurants and just 15 minutes walk from the center.
One of the bedside lights for reading wasn't working. Other than that, everything was great.

We actually stayed at the Grand Atlas Hotel as a free upgrade. It was beautiful in many ways, but noisy at night.

The breakfast was amazing, however, we were transferred to the atlas grand hotel.
We had one night and nothing that was dissapointing, only highlights. But like mentioned we were transferred to the Atlas grand hotel;

We liked the ambience and the facilities provided by hotel. Also the garden area with pool was really nice....
We loved the interaction with the hotel staff which was the best part during our stay.
The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful!!!
Also the location of the hotel is exactly in the heart of the historic old Town which really cool 😎

So we are still staying at Atlas Grandhotel. Perfect place to start your early trail-runs. After run you can enjoy your breakfast.
For hikers: Wank Mountain is at your neighborhood; Garmisch Classic (AlpspiX) 10-15 Minutes ride; Zugspitze Seilbahn 20 Minutes.
For dinner you can try local cuisine in the neighbor restaurants.
Friendly hotel with very pleasant co-workers.
Cleanliness: excellent.
Hope to see you soon
Our holiday was too short

The patio and the view. Room was very clean.
Too hot, would be nice to have AC or a fan . Or maybe some water to drink.

Staff attitude. They let us keep our luggage at premise for one extra day (we went hiking to the mountains and where staying there over night).
I have nothing to write here.

Breakfast was very good,
The staff were very nice and friendly
No bar on site
No kettle or coffee facility in room
4.0
The location was good. Short walk to Parten Kirchen and supermarket.
It had a good breakfast
The balcony was big enough to sit and eat/ drink
On site parking
Friendly and helpful staff
The ambiance....too cold and clinical feeling.
All wooden floors with no mats.
No interior decorating to speak of.
The doors...felt like you were walking into a cell
Double bed was 2 singles put together...although this seems to be a common practice .. I don't like it.
No tea or coffee facilities
2.1
Wrong room allocated, bed setup didn't match booking, beds were hard and uncomfortable, couple of beakers in the room would help.
