A pleasant overnight stay.

Really lovely owners - and very helpful. Room was a good size and very clean. Decent options for breakfast.

A good breakfast and in a very good location for public transport and the shops.

My husband said that the kipper he had for breakfast there was the best one all holiday. It was in a great situation for the railway station and bus station, close to many shops and cafes etc. The room was on the ground floor so we didn't need to negotiate stairs with our luggage.

Although the beds were comfortable, the room was really quite small and the large window was directly onto the street apart from a small frontage. There was a public house next door which meant a fair bit of noise from the tables outside there.

Location excellent for onward travel or exploring Penzance. Friendly hosts, comfortable room, good breakfast. also it’s quiet even in the busy part of Penzance.

brilliant

super close to train station and bus station… the train and bus station are next to each other and this B&B is about 3/4 minuet walk away. it’s also right in the middle of the town centre, so perfect base to explore the area and also for continuing on to lands end! lots of fish/chips around the area which are open to late, which is handy. the breakfast was absolutely perfect! lovely little room and you have a menu so you can pick what you would like to each- I have the breakfast and my niece had some chocolate spread on toast. plenty of orange and apple juice also.

It was a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was the best and location is pretty good as it’s near transportation like train and bus station. The hospitality of the owners is topnotch.

There’s nothing that needs changing. Everything was within expectation.

Nice friendly proprietors. nice quiet room. brilliant breakfast. good location right close to the station in Penzance. on the main road out of town and next to a pub but you wouldn't know it.

Excellent B&B in a convenient location

Spotlessly clean and a really good nights sleep in a comfortable bed. Freshly cooked full Cornish breakfast. Made very welcome by hosts Rob and Belinda. Will certainly return when in the area again.

Would absolutely stay again.

Very friendly, accommodating and helpful staff, removed problematic guest promptly and a brilliantly layed out room for staying with a child. Private but not separate. Really good and filling breakfast. Good quality ingredients (the bacon was lush!) We stayed an extra night as we very much enjoyed it!

Bathroom was a little cramped but didn't take away from the quality

One of the best stays in UK

The early checkin, the size and facility of rooms, breakfast was delicious, the owner of the BnB was fantastic. I defenitely recommend staying here when you are in Penzance, The building looks old from the outside, but it was a surely comfortable stay.

I stayed for 2 nights, but my wet towels did not get changed, and the towels were old so it got a bit smelly after being left wet for 1 night. (I did hang them on the central heating ) Other than that, I have no complaints at all

Lovely stay

The hosts were very nice and very accommodating. The place was near the train and bus station which was very convenient and just at the very end of high street which was nice. They provided toiletries and coffee/tea making facility. The room had tv and wifi was accessible. Although the bed was a bit hard for me so I've put a duvet over the sheet, but nothing bad, I just can't lie on firm beds. Breakfast is lovely and freshly cooked. They have other continental choices as well. All in all, it was a nice lovely stay.

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was very good.

The room had everything we needed and all to a good standard but was a bit cramped. Not much space to manoeuvre, especially with luggage. Some traffic noise at night.

Lovely stay

Very friendly owners, location perfect across the road from the station/bus stop and town centre just up the road. Room was lovely for a single person, spotlessly clean, comfy bed and hot shower. Wifi was good and breakfast nice. Would highly recommend.
