In die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft

Die Lage am Strand war super und auch die Nähe zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es war schön, einen Bungalow für sich zu haben. Auch die Möglichkeit, am Strand zu frühstücken (im Preis inkludiert) ist einfach toll. Mir gefiel die Veranda auch gut, super zum Badesachen trocknen. Der kostenpflichtige Wäscheservice hat mit Rückgabe noch am selben Tag gut funktioniert.

Die Preise waren als ich ankam auf Booking.com 50% reduziert und das Hotel kam mir finanziell nicht wirklich entgegen, ich wurde also für mein frühes Buchen benachteiligt. Nach mehreren Hin und Her sind mir letztendlich zumindest die Kosten für 2kg Wäsche erlassen worden (80 Baht). Die Sauberkeit im Bungalow war auf dem Boden erkennbar, auf anderen Oberflächen jedoch nicht - die Reinigung also selbst vor meiner Ankunft nicht gründlich. Die Anlage ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Manchmal ist die Klimaanlage nicht angesprungen. Der Wasserdruck war nicht sehr stark.

Schön gelegen, viele Bäume und Vögel Großes Zimmer Kein verkehrslärm Einzelbungalow sind besser weil keine gemeinsamen Wände

Very cheap but you pay a big price.

The restaurant right past the property on the beach was nice with day beds and beach chairs. The greet to the location had some other restaurants and a minimart on the corner which was convenient.

The bathroom specifically was INFESTED with ants. Therefore the whole bungalow had ants. Broken doors, stained tiles and curtains, low security ie no lockbox and one handle lock on the door that didn’t fully close.

the location was superb. the staff were the most friendly I can remember.

I didn’t like how we were not informed that breakfast wouldn’t be available on the morning of Eid. I have no issue with that he we been informed before hand.

Amazing sunsets on beautiful sandy beach 🏝️

The staff were lovely and the girls on reception beautiful and smiley. 😊 We had a free upgrade due to husband’s medical condition so we were delighted with our deluxe bungalow. This was very spacious but lacked storage. We could see the sea from our terrace and it was the shortest walk to the beachfront restaurant and bar. The cocktails did not disappoint and were the first since arriving in Thailand 12 days prior where I could actually taste the alcohol 😅 You could sit in a cabana with a glass of something cold in your hand and watch the beautiful sunsets each evening.

Litter (although I blame tourists for this and not the resort staff). My husband and I constantly brought plastic bottles from the surrounding grounds but there was other debris which should be addressed. Some money needs injecting into updating and maintenance. This would bring in more revenue next year as people would be happy to pay a higher price for such a lovely resort. However, I do realise businesses are trying to recover after covid…

Chill and quiet place.

The location was nice, near the beach and it was quiet there. There was a lovely beach bar next to the commondation. Really friendly staff

The room didint have a waterboiler and the light at the terrance didint work. The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Unprofessional staff, overbooked hotel

Booked a deluxe bungalow, when we arrived to check in the staff told us that they were fully booked and had failed to inform us or cancel our booking. They were incredibly unprofessional, unhelpful and laughed at us saying “we lied to you” as they had previously messaged us asking to confirm our stay. They offered to put us up in a nearby hotel that was not of the same standard, for the same price.

Quite bad bathrooms.

The best thing that happen to us was a news that they don't have a room for us so they paid for a room at SER-EN-DIP-I-TY which was amazing. The bungalow that we get was outdated, smelly, and toilet looking like it was never cleaned. Sorry for harsh true but. It was on a 70% discount and if I would have to pay full price I would sue them. On the other side service was very helpful and kind. It's 20 meters away from beach.

Outdated rooms with discussing bathroom. It's just not worth that price unless you don't care about state of bathroom. There were only 2 sockets in the whole bungalow.

amazing place and people and great value for money! recommend!

we had an amazing time here, the first hut we were put in was a bit shambley, but we asked to move and they definitely upgraded us. The new hut was amazing, the staff were all super accommodating and friendly, the bar right out front was the best on the strip. great place and time, will definitely be using again next time we find ourselves in koh lanta!

Travellers beware, Owner didn’t honour the booking

We arrived for our one night stay after booking several weeks beforehand. The accommodation messaged a couple of days before arrival offering us a taxi transfer, which we accepted. Two intern students dealt with our arrival, and were polite and professional.

On our arrival to reception and after paying for the transfer, the two students contacted the owner who then said there was a problem with the room, and asked us to find alternative accommodation. She stated that if we wanted to stay more than one night, the room was available. Basically she left us without accommodation the day before Christmas Eve. They did at least return the taxi fare, but this did not make up for the fact that they accepted the booking, contacted us to arrange our transfer, but then turned us away on arrival as we wouldn’t stay more than the one night we’d booked, which we thought was disgusting.

Wonderfull stay and relaxation

Good resort service. Helpful and very kind staff helped solve any problems. Hassle-free motorbike rental. The houses are located a few steps from a huge and quite empty beach (end of November), several good restaurants and a shop nearby (on the main road). Close to the main city of the island and the ferry (about 4 km).

Wife got sick after having lunch at a nearby beach restaurant, but other restaurants excellent.

Relaxing beach front retreat where you’re made to feel so welcome and can enjoy sunset views.

Amazing beach front property, you can hear the waves crashing as you lay in bed, beautiful sunset views, lots of windows, lovely balcony and amazing, friendly staff. Hussein is a very sweet guy who just wants to help you and loves a chat, thank you so much for helping us. You can rent a bike from the front office, book transport through them for a good price and 2 minutes walk from the sunset beach bar which has fire shows every night but after 10pm it’s very quiet.

That I can’t live here forever.

Perfect location

Perfect location on a stunning beach. Great on site restaurants, really lovely staff . Room was great, surprisingly big, super comfy bed. We liked it so much we booked to stay a week longer.

Very good

Great location, two steps from the beach, which is not crowded (great!). The beds were ok, clean, bathroom was also clean. We had a little patio outside to sit and relax or hang your wet towel or something. You can take the thai massage on the beach (great experience) or lie on the beach on nice, small bungallows build from bamboo.

Very good

A beautiful place right on the beach. Rooms were basic, but being so close to the best place on Long beach were great. I loved that there were sunbeds on the beach. The beach is beautiful with turqoise water. It becomes deep quickly, which is great for swimming, but may be not as safe for smaller children.

Towels were stinky.
