The place was quiet and there was a nice clean pool with an area to sun bathe too, free water in the fridge and a hair dryer all at a cheap rate
All my washing was chucked in together and my white things are now a dirty grey colour, it was on the pricier side too for laundry. No breakfast or any snacks included , the beach isn’t suitable to lie on really and there’s no one around , bit of a ghost town. It’s not easy to get from a-b as a solo traveller and I was told to find a tuk tuk on main road for onward travel which there was only a dodgy looking option to help , they only helped because I was upset and charged me alot to arrange me onward travel. Wouldn't stay again

Great vibe at this resort. Right on the beach with beautiful sunsets. Great value for money. Rooms cleaned everyday, cold air con, strong wifi.
Restaurant food could improve

Markus the manager did a splendid job holding Swiss quality hospitality standards on this nice beach. I took the most expensive bungalow, spot on quality price ratio, which was quite nice; I especially liked the decoration in the bathroom and the hammock on the patio.
Unfortunately the tides and waves made it impossible to swim in the sea, but that is not up to the management. Some of the bungalows face each other, a bit of privacy issue there (it didn't disturb me that much). Shower was fine, but I would have enjoyed more water pressure.

This is a small resort that's big on everything you could want.
The staff work very hard at making your stay very special. Soh the Manager is amazing - taking care of any and every detail from trips to pool towels. This was our first visit and we've been made to feel like family. We'll be back for certain.
We had to leave !

All of the staff were super friendly making the atmosphere so happy and relaxed. We wanted to do some snorkeling and kayaking trips and Soh was fantastic at recommending and organising these for us. Soh was a total superstar. Also a beautiful location. Highly recommended!

Soh who works at reception was excellent in customer service and extremely helpful with recommendations for which beaches to go to and which restaurants to eat at. She’s very knowledgeable about the entire island and other parts of Thailand as well.

Friendly staff with a welcome drink, pool is lovely for cooling off, wifi is good.
The step down to the bathroom in the bungalows is a little dangerous.

What a luck choosing New Cocunut for our stay. Location is key as you on the beach which has many beach bars and restaurants along Klong Kong.
The staff are exceptional and pander to your every request.
Value for money, exceptional great value. I'm not only coming back but recommending this beautiful find to all my buddies.
Leaving :(

Friendly staff, lovely pool, right on beachfront with beautiful views. Good location for exploring the island.
Bed is hard, bathroom could’ve been much cleaner (stains in toilet bowl, for example), AC is very loud

The vibe at the resort is very relaxing. The staff are amazing people. They are extremely friendly and they played pool with us and had lots of laughs and good times with them.
It was my birthday and they set up a table on beach for dinner for us and also got a birthday cake made for me and sang "happy birthday" which was so thoughtful!
The cabins are clean and neat. Beds are comfortable.
Food and drinks are amazing. Great price too.
Location was amazing to get around to everywhere.
The owner is extremely nice. He wants to make sure you are enjoying yourself and having a good stay.
We enjoyed it so much we were sad to leave but we will definitely be back in October 😁💗
This resort/staff made our trip to Lanta very special🙏👍😍

Very nice bungalows, personal is great, everyday new bottle of water for free, coffee for free, tea for free, working AC, clean, working wifi, scooter rental
Market in accommodation has really small amount of products and the closest 7/11 is far. Koh Lanta is very boring right now, bays are not ideal for swimming and really dirty by plastic bags etc. Dissapointed by island, but not by Lanta New Coconut.

Very nice location on beautiful Koh Lanta. My son absolutely loved the swimming pool and playing pool with the staff. Since it was low season we got an excellent deal and hardly saw other people but that didn't bother us at all. The boss gave us excellent advice to get to our next destination and arranged transfer. Good laundry service. I strongly recommend getting a massage and renting a motorcycle for a day.
We rented a budget bungalow so didn't expect luxury but we had cockroaches in our room nearly every day. Bathrooms were very basic. The food at the restaurant was a little more expensive than that of restaurants in the neighborhood and not as good. We were very sad by the trash on all the beaches on Koh Lanta. Although the problem is not local and part of the overall plastic soup in the Indian Ocean, we just couldn't understand why no one at the hotel bothered to at least clean up the beach in front of the hotel. After 2 days watching plastic, bottles and trash roll in and out the ocean, we cleaned it ourselves.

small resort with a wonderful staff. The location is secluded away for the hustle and bustle. hammocks with each bunglow was amazing. stayed with family and my kid loved the pool. The staff was very humble and friendly.
instant hot geaser was not working but was not a big issue nor I felt the need to inform the staff about it.

rooms were really comfy, clean, and had good AC. the pool and communal area was lovely and always clean. good location on the beach and was really beautiful. really friendly and helpful staff.
we went in low season so there wasn’t much else that was open so it was difficult to find places to eat. Ate at the resort a few times and wouldn’t recommend, we found little worms in our food a couple of times. this was always rectified both times so can’t fault them but think they may have a problem with storing their dry products.

The pool
Food was terrible and expensive for what you get, room was dirty, bathroom was filthy, door did not close all the way, false advertising

Really great place to stay. The rooms are super cosy and beds are so comfy. The pool & beach area is really great too.
In low season there is nothing really outside of the hotel.

The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly.
The room seemed as though no one had slept in it for a while. It appeared that no one had checked it before we went inside as there were lots of insects.
