Amazing transformation from a former cloister with sensitive decor and use of space.

Staff friendly, clean, wonderful breakfast

Amount of space in the room and height of the ceiling was greate. The complementary water was really nice touch. The beds were comfortable.
It was too hot, we were traveling in the middle of the summer and I didn't checked that there were now air conditioning in the room we booked.

Cool old building. Interesting historical town. Nice room.
No AC in rooms. Restaurant and Reception have AC. Rooms do not. Windows in room open, but no screens. Bugs flew in while we were trying to cool down.

The place is amazing, staff is nice.
There were no bath curtain so had to be careful with the showering not to flood the whole bathroom.

The beds were very nice and the room very spacious, both in usable area but also vertical/height. The location is very central with very easy parking space for the car.
Shower was a bit broken but usable with good water pressure. The room was a bit too hot and there was no AC that we saw making temperature control difficult. The breakfast was not included in our booking and seemed a bit too expensive (we have been in more "premium" locations like Paris where the breakfast was cheaper).

The whole experience was very pleasant. The hotel facilities, food, bedrooms, all in all very nice.
Nothing at this price

Big bed, comfortable and big room
No sink by the toilett.. after toilett usage we needed to walk trought the room to wash hands :'-O
The water from the shower came back, so we needed to turn the water off every so often if we dont wanted that the water comes out to the carpit...bad designe...

We have stayed here before the covid thing - so we knew what to expect - nearly, Hainburg is a small town so eating options are limited as the food in the restaurant is good value and not expensive for a hotel - when it arrives - we walked out on our third attempt at dessert - the rooms are spacious but chilly in autumn and from our previous visit stiflingly hot in the summer. The staff all speak excellent English, which is spot on, handy for Vienna by train and Bratislava by bus only 2.5Es. Plenty of free parking next to the hotel and if needed the train is a couple of minutes' walk - but only goes to Vienna..
Being allocated a lower grade room - the chap thought he was being helpful as we were early, Having no heating in the rooms other that turning the bathroom heater on - if you arrive, by car as we did, remember to pack some extra sleeping bags or a hot water bottle - also they list a kettle in the room extras - there was none - but we bought our own and as for the shower it was a plastic stool in the bath with a hand held affair.
The service in the restaurant was awful orders lost \ delayed went out after the first night and bought food in or went elsewhere - but Marios Pasta fitted the bill - 5 minutes walk
A friend offered us a room in another hotel - which looked very faulty towers so we thought better the devil..

Our room was big and clean. Breakfast was good, but I do not think it was worth the extra that we payed for it. Easy to park the car. Nice location.
The room did not have ac and while we were there it was hot, and the room gets hot quite easily, because of that it was hard to go to bed because the room was hot.
4.3
Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. Also they were able to add an extra bed to acomodate a family of 4.
4.3
Hotel in old monastery, interesting old building with thick walls and arches, near the Danube.
No air conditioning, very hot inside the room, just an old fan full of dust. Really small shower, with an open bathroom concept, in which you had absolutely no privacy. No extra sheets for the extensible sofa.
4.3
Good stay, reasonable price.
It would be nice to have a shower curtain.
