ottimo appartamento in centro a Bratislava

posizione centralissima, pulizia, appartamento grande (noi eravamo in 11), il proprietario di casa super gentile e disponibile!!!

se devo per forza trovare un difetto direi al proprietario di mettere delle tende oscuranti o delle ante perché la mattina entrava tanta luce!

The location was perfect in the middle of Bratislava's old town center close to the castle. Really nice and modern apartment and it was cleaned well The lock system in the phone app was very convenient

We were missing one blanket in the apartment, but were able to solve it by using extra bed linen. The sun was shining pretty hard into the rooms in the morning. Some window blinds could maybe solve this

i would prefer only go with hotels in future. the landlord was nice bit unable to help when we found significant amounts

in general i have had bad experiences with absentee landlord owned property. the photographs are usually when stuff is new. most absentee landlords are only able to give minimal support when needed. this landlord offers whatsapp support. property had schimel (mold) . we the residents had to clean mold ourselves. There is only a cleaning lady no one to support. the rooms were either too hot or too cold. location was good.

perfect location for a city break, the apartment is large and accommodates 5 people easily.

Richard’s property is exactly as advertised. His website is incredibly beneficial and features videos on order to know how to use the appliances. it’s perfectly placed in the city and is in walking distance for the main eating and drinking areas. Richard was incredibly timely with his messaging and was able to accommodate our luggage after check out time.

Great deal!

The location was absolutely great, close to everything. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were very convenient for all of our family to stay together at one spot. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

One of the bedroom's main bed had a very soft mattress that was uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that, no complaints!

There is not a big table and the living room is a dark place because there are no windows there. But it did not bother us.

Great Space for a Larger Group

Great space for a group of 5 cyclists. Communication with Rich was exceptional and the location is great for exploring the old town.

Great place for a big group of people

Located right next to the city centre, this apartment is perfect for a big group of people like us. We were with 4 adults and 5 children and had more then enough room. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped and the owner is very easy to reach in case of questions. Moreover he has a great website that answers all of your questions and more.

Unfortunately the elevator didn't work most of the time.

Very spacious rooms with AC. Spacious bathrooms too. Good kitchen with nice appliances. Near castle and old town.

Having a way of making the rooms darker in the morning would be nice, but not a big deal

Cozy and spacious apartment in a great location

Richard's apartment is very spacious and it can easily accommodate 4-5 people (sleeping in different beds) or 4 different couples. The rooms are very big and cozy and the common areas are modernly equipped. The location is perfect - a safe area and within walking distance from everything Bratislava has to offer (about 5 mins walk to Michalska Brana and the old town). The apartment is spotlessly clean and is equipped with everything a family might need. 2 bathrooms were very helpful and they are both amazing. Underfloor heating was a fantastic amenity for the bathroom and the common areas. Finally, the contact with host was amazing - Richard was very friendly and helpful and provided information on our arrival, and the check-in process is very easy and modern (no keys, you enter the apartment with a password via an app). Wifi was reliable and consistent. Overall, very good value for money (considering the location and the size of the apartment) and a very nice stay. Definitely recommended (especially when travelling as a group or friends or as a big family).

There is absolutely nothing negative to mention - everything was impeccable. If I had to be picky, I would say that perhaps a mirror in each bedroom would be useful.

Fantastic stay

Great size rooms. Underfloor heating was a fantastic added bonus. Location was perfect for us.

Mirrors in bedrooms would be really useful.

Richard's apartment was really cosy and modernly equipped. It has big rooms and the location is great. A nice touch is that there is tea and coffee and all the toileteries you need. :)
