I love the rooms in this motel, they offer a lot for a great price! Good bathroom and kitchen with everything incl. microwave. Super comfy bed with electric blanket. Very clean. Welcoming and friendly staff. Not far to CBD, near racecourse . Recommended 💯

Location was awesome, easy as access both ways.

All I wish is that the weather couldn't off being warmer other than that we had a perfect couple of days and will stay again.

It's decent. Got the basics and value for money.

A bit stuffy in the bedroom. Would need to get the fans going to get enough circulation in the air.

OK for a few nights. There was a party next door on Saturday night but it finished before 10 o'clock

I didn't realise that there was no cooking facilities and just a microwave (my fault for not reading the facilities properly) would have been great if there was an electric frypan to use :)

Stay Away !!!

Location

The light in the bathroom has dead bugs in them,there windows do not close all the way (for all the rooms), the fleas in the room as got bitten all over. The fan inside the room wasn't working at full speed and it was only on one speed, which was slow. After telling the lady (owner) at the reception she was very rude and showing attitude. And she advised that the fan is at max speed. I had another friend who was in another room so went and showed her the fan there, and she started getting angry, saying we would cancel your room. As she knew there were no rooms available amy where because of the holidays. Also we were not made aware that there were people there from emergency housing, was never mentioned on the booking nor while checking in. Her customer service is really bad. And then they provided me with a desk fan, which obviously is not good enough because its not the same. The lady really needs to learn how to talk to customers. I am not happy with the room and the service. Definitely stay away as they don't really put in care in the rooms nor do they care about customers as most rooms are always booked for longer periods of time.

motels are all about having a good Comfortable sleep. we had that.

location good facilities bed excellent,we had a good nights sleep great parking

dirty blinds, carpet, cutlery draw. bathroom is ageing. just needs a good clean all over.

Arrival was friendly, straight forward. Walked into a cozy, clean unit what more can we say.

This is our second stay and we recommend it to everyone we know who is going to New Plymouth.

We have no concerns whatsoever.

We had a lousy breakfast of our own

The unit smelt of stale cigarette smoke , the towels were freyed n musty
