One of the worst places we stayed so far

Location

It was not clean. Facility wasn’t maintained properly. Stains all over sinks and in the kitchenette. Lights were dim in the large studio.

the facilities are good, clean toilets and kitchen. Everything was there, the beds were comfortable to use, the sheets are new. But the tv only has limited channel, no netflix.

Bed was comfortable and close to town

As I explained it was dirty, in bad condition. Untidy furnishings. Cockroach was caught . When linen was replaced not all of it was replaced

Superb

Clean, tidy and comfortable. We were given the choice of 2 rooms, and we chose and returned the key for the other room. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was well maintained and clean. A decent carton of milk was provided, and there was tea, coffee and sugar. The soap in the bathroom and shower smelled lovely. The bed was comfortable and had an electric blanket.

When we went to wash the dishes though, the bottle on the dishwash came off and spilt everywhere, and wouldn't go back on properly. Also the bowl provided to wash the dishes in was a bit small and awkward to use. There was no hot chocolate provided which was a bit of a let down, and no spare pillows in the cupboard. One of the plug sockets didn't work.

Good place to stay if on a budget. Great host. Easy check in. Comfortable large room. Sky TV. Good size kitchen. Basic kitchen set up. Good shower.

Room service is a little disappointing.

Was a bit dirty attention to detail needed crockery looked unclean cups rubbish bin, a bit of an update needed a paint job would make a difference tap lever in ensuite loose

We ended up leaving as the homeless person being housed next door kept us awake all night.

the room was clean and comfortable. The owners were very nice.

There was a homeless person staying next door. He kept us awake all night partying and singing. The walls were paper thin in the room. The owners were very gracious and offered us a full refund. We ended up getting alternate accommodation. If there were no homeless living there it would have been fine but we didn't feel comfortable and we are hardened travellers and have been to many countries. If you have no issue with this then the room is good value but we weren't happy with being placed in that position.

Staff were honest and friendly and accommodating. Found the room private and quite. Enjoyed our stay

I have very little to dislike but our room had no cooking facilities e.g. cooktop/oven which was not a huge issue but would have been nice if we wanted a cooked breakfast

Not staying here again!

The shower was hot, didn't run out of water, the sheets were clean (we checked) and the toilet paper was good

Room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. When asked the staff he said they had trouble ensuring the non smoking of clients. The light over the sink did not work. The staff replaced the very old looking light bulb but the light still did not work ?wiring problem. The only heating was a very old open 2 bar heater...that only one bar worked. There was NO smoke alarm in the room. When I told the staff, as we checked out in the morning he said OH....I informed him this was illegal and as we were leaving he appeared to have one in his hand? We would have asked for another room but were informed as we checked in there were no spare rooms. He also informed us as we checked in there was an Emergency Housing Client in the room next to us. The man in the room next to us was no trouble except for a loud TV going ALL Night. P.S. no hairdryer :o)

The host Jay was super friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. The room was warm and worked well.

Well worth the money spent to stay. Close to our event and town. Would use again.
