I have stayed in there for 5 days.
I felt it was very good breakfast with very kind staffs.
Breakfast was very delicious, but menu didn't change for 5 days.
My opinion is that need to be changed at least for main dishes.

The hotel team has been amazing all along our stay. Always available and helpful, they made sure that everything was happening in the best way possible. The SPA and sport installations were great, as well as the delicious brekfast.

We really loved the location of the hotel, we thought the breakfast was fantastic!
Do not stay at this hotel for this cost! We repeatedly asked the hotel to alter the temperature but it was extremely extremely hot in our room to the point that we could not sleep. Nothing was done about it. The rooms were disgusting and looked like they hadn't even been properly cleaned. So incredibly disapointing for the high high cost we paid. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Service.
There was an unpleasant smell of cooking in the reception while checking in.

Loved the world-class tennis court, small but lovely ice rink, the calming view of Namsan and the iconic Seoul Tower enjoyed from the in-room relaxation pool and steam sauna, scrumptious breakfast and kindness of staff. All in all it was a lovely staycation.
The furnishings are showing age and need a little facelift but everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Never slept better!

I stayed one night in the pool suite. It’s like having your own private spa. Not exactly a pool, more like a large shallow bath. The steam room showers, the view of Seoul, everything was perfect. Enjoy a walk at Namsan park right across the street.

The staff were super helpful and accommodating (special mention to Julie Son who really looked after us during our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we had a special trip). Really good breakfast. Free tennis facilities were a really nice perk. The room was amazing - we stayed for the final 3 nights of our honeymoon and the pool in the room was such a special way to end! They even left us a gift on our last night to help is celebrate.
Our original room (in the Club) was very hot and the air conditioning didn't seem to work which meant we struggled a lot to sleep. However, we were then upgraded to a much bigger room in the main building for free, which was a really special touch. Air conditioning was perfect, the showers, pool and all aspects were brilliant

Location
- rooms were not very pratical with almost no plug and could not stop aircon. Also no door for the toilet
- staff could be more attentionate
- Indoor pool too small
- Outdoor pool was not free, needed to pay 50usd per person per day! And the water was very cold
- breakfast soso with few options
- One good restaurant (Festa) but low quality food otherwise. For example, only junk food available by the pool.

Good breakfast, good gym. Staff very cordial and attentive.
The indoor swimming pool is dirty and gloomy, also there’s not much lighting.
You have to pay extra for the sauna which is located on a different building.
The curtain in the room (a suite) was full of holes and black mold. You would expect better cleaning from a 5 star hotel in one of their suites.
To reach the swimming pool you have to cross the road from the main building, so if outside is freezing cold, you are left to your own devices.
There’s no business center, so if you have to take a video call from work, the staff would recommend you to go to the bakery on the other building, which is very noisy.

I liked the club building. Neat and nice.
1. The swimming pool was very exotic and water was warm.
2. Variety of gym machine was impressive.
3. The breakfast buffet quality was satisfied.
4. I loved the massage bath tube and heated room shower.
1. I got the No viewed room that i felt like was underground as its hidden by the buildings even though it was 6th floor. Avoid the first room on 6th. Or choose pool inside the room as i figured it has views.
2. I chose Banyan Suite and the room was too dry. I was too thirsty also my face and skin got so dried i kept waking up.
3. It has boss home theater in the room but its old, CD player works only which is useless as well as smart home machine in the room which isnt even worked or turned on.
4. Swimming pool was good but the staffs didnt let 4 year old boy into the woman’s change room (hes tall :( and there was only kid and me) i had to let him alone to use locker inside..
