Schönes Zimmer mit Abstrichen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Begrüßten uns jedes mal bei der Rezeption und bekamen beim Check-In sogar ein Coupon für ein Frühstücksset geschenkt. Es gab ein für Hotel Verhältnisse vernünftigen Fitnessraum.

Es war nicht 100%ig sauber. Der Kosmetikspiegel im Bad war verschmiert und die Polster von der Sitzbank fleckig.

I would stay here again.

Location was good. It is next to the subway station and there are some good restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The facilities and amenities in the room were very well maintained and clean.

I wish we could have been able to control the temperature in the room. It was a cold winter night but the room was a bit too warm (26 C) so we wanted to lower the temperature.

just average 3 star hotel. not worth over $100. but very good location. right next to metro station.

restroom door. it is not cover whole restroom. couldn't control the heater. AC didn't work. they told me to open window and didn't notice there is screen window on 1st night. got mosquito bites..

Pleasant

Good location. Close to many convenience stores and a 24-hour mart. Good table space for own food preparation. Ice dispenser at level 2 anytime for use. Staff was helpful with requests.

Small room. No space to open luaggage properly without blocking walking. Shower wall grout was not clean at all. No individual light for the table to use while other is asleep.

Due to the time of year, the central air conditioning was turned off. Left the windows open all night, but it was still 27-28C in the room. Otherwise, the room is great.

Okay location, not worth paying full price

The hotel staff was polite and helpful and the room was quite spacious compared to other hotel rooms we stayed in in Seoul.

Unfortunately, the room was dirty when we entered with hairs in the bathroom and toothpaste still visible. Staff allowed us to switch to another room which was cleaner, however the wall was covered with dust and you could see several handprints in the dust on the headboard above the bed. The state of maintenance in the room is "okay" and quite weathered compared to the age of the hotel. There are many dings and damages, and on the ceiling there are rather large water damage stains. The view from the window is only a 3 meter distance from the office building across the street, so it's recommended to keep your curtains closed for privacy. The facilities were closed during our 3 day stay. The gym was closed, the sauna was closed and the rooftop is not accessible at all. They close the facilities early and during holidays, which is obviously when most travelers are coming to the hotel. At night, be prepared for lots of green blinking lights to illuminate your room. The router is situated behind the TV, but with many blinking lights still there to keep you awake.

Modern and comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Short walking distance to subway station.

While there are a selection of restaurants in the area, it is still quite far from most of the places you'd want to visit as a tourist to Seoul - but this applies to Gangnam-gu in general.

Nice hotel relatively close to the stadium

We booked a stay to be close to the stadium for a baseball game. The stadium is just two stops away which made it very convenient & the metro is located super close, which was great. The staff was very nice when checking us in & out.

The staff was really nice, and its close to the Subway station.

This might just be me, but I did not like the pillows, and the bed was a bit hard. Also the bathrom design. When closing the bathroom door you can see the person sitting on the toilet or in the shower since it’s a glass wall.

Very good

The location of the hotel is very good. It's very close to a subway station. I was able to take the subway line 2 to go everywhere in Gangnam area. The room is also very clean and staffs are nice.

since it’s getting colder the hotel has turned off the air conditioners, and only heating is working in the rooms. I stayed on the 12th floor and the room was extremely hot and there was no way to cool it, even with the windows open. it made the nights sleep extremely uncomfortable and I was unable to sleep. this was extremely disappointing

Modern. Good value.

Great location. Walk to Gang Nam. Walk to Samsung. Two minutes to the subway. Modern layout, rainfall shower head.

Although the hotel is clean, mildew smell from the bathroom was apparent.

Pleasant

the in house restaurant is better than expect, in fact it was one of the best in the area.

the heat was not adjustable , it was very hot in the room when in heating , but was told to open the windows if gets too hot .

Location is not bad service is so so

Design, room is spacious.

Staff is not helpful. Harsh on check in and check out time. Clean up button has been up for 4 hours but no one come to clean up.
