렌트카 여행이라 위치에 대한 메리트는 못느낌

금연객실요청인데 방안에 찌든 담배냄새. 응대하던 직원의 입냄새와 답답함 자체 주차장이 없어 외부주차장 이용의 번거로움 등 객실이 너무 좁아요

大変お世話になり、ありがとうございました

今回、色々な事情があって、一週間滞在、家族も違う部屋に5泊しましたが、スタッフの方々がとても親切で色々なことに、親切に柔軟に対応して頂き、とても助かりました。どうも有難うございました。また静岡に来る時は、静鉄プレジオ駅南に、宿泊したいと思います。

本当はもう一泊したかったのですが、同じ部屋に泊まれず、宿泊代も夏休みで大変お世話になりありがとうございました倍ほどになると言うことで諦めました。

良かったのですが、やはりシャワーカーテンの匂いだけは我慢できなかったです

駅近く利便性は良かったです。

バスルームのシャワーカーテンの匂いが気になり、不快でした。バスルーム、洗面所、トイレが一体のユニットでしたので、匂いがこもっていて、換気扇を回していても取れないので、不快感はゆがめませんでした。

I’m not impressed with the dinner buffet we had. They have to improve it a lot.

시즈오카역 바로 앞에 있어서 좋았습니다. 비행기 시간이 잘 맞는 한국인 분들은 바로 시즈오카 공항버스를 타고 다니시기 편리합니다. 1층 바로 옆에 렌터카 업체가 있어서 렌트도 용이합니다.

접근성이 큰 장점이나 후지산 보러 오셨다면 후지노미야나 가와구치코 숙소를 잡으시는게 나은 것 같습니다. 번화가까지 꽤 걸어나가야 합니다. (7분 이상)

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage. Das Zimmer war für ein Einzelzimmer angemessen gross und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und das Personal zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Ich hatte ein Nichtraucherzimmer. Danach wurde ich beim Check-In auch speziell nochmals gefragt. Mag sein, dass es seit einiger Zeit ein Nichtraucherzimmer ist, aber es roch im Zimmer sowie im ganzen zehnten Stockwerk sehr stark nach abgestandenem Rauch.

アクセスの良さはもちろん、お部屋のレイアウトや広さ、使用している家具など清潔感もあり、アメニティーが揃っているのがよかった。

月曜の20〜21時でたまたま忙しい時間帯だったのか受付に2人しかおらず、カスタマーの対応に追われていた。チェックインに少し時間がかかった。

スタッフの対応が素晴らしい❗️ 足を怪我して足を引き摺ってチェックイン手続きをしたら、ホテルマンの方が心配をしてくれて、おまけにエレベーターに最も近い部屋に変更してくれました。配慮に感動しました。よく静岡出張をするので、今後は何があっても当ホテルを利用します❗️

Easy access to everything you need

This is right beside Shizuoka station so it is easy to go around. I always stay here on business but Shizuoka has become a great place to go for leisurely visits as well. I have seen a lot of changes with the people, there are more young people now so there are more things to do for people my age.

There isn't really anything not to like at Associa. It is a great location and there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops, and multiple options fro transportation just right out of your doorstep. I've probably spent a total of 30 days all in all at this hotel and it is still my first option when I visit Shizuoka.

It was super convenient being right next to the train station. There's also a mall with a bunch of restaurants connected to the station. Downtown Shizuoka is a short walk. I didn’t spend much time in the room but it was a clean and comfy place to return to after long days of exploring, and had all the essentials I needed.

We are overall happy with the hotel and will go back should we visit Shizuoka again.

Perfect location, within walking distance to trains, buses, restaurants, department stores and most places of interest. Our room is good size and quiet.

Furniture in the room deserved a little upgrade. The carpet has a dirt mark but nothing major.

Being practically at the door step of Shizuoka Station and the department store Pache, as well as many restaurants/eateries, we really couldn't have asked for a better location. The room was spacious and the buffet breakfast was a good spread; the croissants were excellent.

If I can make a suggestion: set up a laundry room with a few washing machines and dryers. That will go down well with your guests.

Great hotel, clean and convenient, great location.

The hotel is really conveniently located. The room was great. I am a traveling writer and both the bed and the office were great. Highly recommended.

The only issue was the communication with the front desk staff. I don’t speak japanese and they don’t speak english. But the use of google translate made everything possible and smooth.

Perfect option in Shizuoka

The most comfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel anywhere in the world I think! Excellent location next to the station and 10-15 mins walk to the VERY nice Sunpu Castle Park which is perfect for a morning / evening stroll. Lovely staff even though they are (quite rightly) busy in this obviously popular hotel. It suits holiday travellers and business trips.

All good - will be back!

Could be exceptional except one small flaw.

1. Close to transportion. 2. Interior of hotel is very nice & classy. 3. Room amenities were of good quality & the mirror near the window was a perfect spot for ladies who does makeup. It was the only hotel in the years I have stayed in hotels that has that. The only dissatisfaction was when I asked the front office lady who checked us out to be allowed to keep 1 key card as souvenir because I keep those I have good impression but she said cannot. so it was a pity
