Comfortable and good location.

The location was ideal and comfy.

Checking in staff members is not ideal customer service; I also don't want to hear you doing business for the company in the lobby on check-in and not even acknowledging the guests waiting for check-in (we were also aware someone was in the office not on the phone and unsure why they couldn't check us in). The check-out staff was amazing. I booked a spa bathroom and was put in the smaller one when there was a bigger one (however, it was still good value for money, and I'm not even sure if someone else may have requested that one, so it may have been ideal to request).

Very good

The location was excellent which is why we chose it, we had a wedding we were attending in the hills so it was a quick drive up and back on the day. Having the restaurants of Tea Tree Plaza across the park gave us good options for meals.

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Could not change AIRCONDITIONER to heating. Staff said they could change it but didn't do it. Disappointing.

Free Coffee machine in foyer for morning brews. Comfortable beds, clean modern rooms

2 days the coffee machine was not refilled and out of milk and/or cups etc in the morning.. so unable to use. Did bring this to the attention of staff on the first morning it was empty.. although it was acknowledged... the same issue next morning.

Inconvenient, bad location, overpriced

Very inconvenient booking/check-in. Unacceptable to have no staff after 5pm? This is not a hotel, more of a hotel!

Room was sub-standard! There are no amenities, location is awful. I was in a "suite", you have got to be joking.

Willnot stay again. It is very inconvenient for business travellers also Internet faulty

Quality of the room was excellent

There is no reception after 5pm. We could not get into the accommodation. We were sent text messages to pay before coming in. I left messages that we will check in after 5pm and for them to call me. No one called. We got to the accommodation and we had to call security to contact management. Management is uncontactable after 5 pm. Be prepared to wait more than 1 hour if you don't sort out an entry code with them before you get to the hotel.

Great stay, even though bed and pillows were very tired.

Access to amenities in the immediate area was excellent. Parking was excellent. Public transport is located nearby.

The bed and pillows in our room were very tired. On this basis, we wouldn't want to stay much longer than a few days.

check in on Sunday an absolute nightmare, email never arrived, instructions in message were so ambiguous we had to ring the security service for assistance, a very common happening for them. Staff when informed on Monday morning didn’t care. the kettle couldn’t fit under the tap, had to use a glass to slowly fill the kettle. bed was just worn out and sagging. TV had very limited channels on it( not even ABC) and way too old to stream with. venue needs some attention to detail and a refresh.
