Try the local restaurant! Comfortable stay close to airport

The hospitality was great, the host welcomed us on entry and was lovely. They also recommended a wonderful local restaurant which ended up being a highlight for us- a must try!

Pool isn’t temperature controlled so was very fresh despite summer heatwave. Rooms are basic but do the job

Lovely place - the best recomendations!

This place is a unique little place with a close location to Rome. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast was super! Our best recommendations for this place. We spent the 2 last nights on our trip here, and the location is super with a 15 minutes drive for the airports. The pool and garden is stunning! By far one of the best beds for our trip. We only missed a small refrigerator for our foods.

Cosy oasis with very friendly staff

Lovely big room with large bathroom. Very friendly staff. We arrived a bit late due to delayed flight but no problem for late check-in. Breakfast was adequate with plenty to choose from and nice Italian coffee. Quiet location. We will definately book again if we come back to Rome.

Main double bed was very comfortable, but the two single beeds were a little bit hard.

Lovely, clean, spacious, serene.

Amazing bed and breakfast. Great room, helpful friendly staff, beautiful pool, would highly recommend.

Just know that you can’t take public transportation to or from the hotel.

Relaxing stay

The hosts are kind, warm, professional. The place is superb and cozy.

Maybe if you can add a WiFi extender to have a good WiFi connection on the upper rooms, that will be perfect.

Great place and great owners!

The hosts are amazing. We miscalculated our date and came a day earlier to their property. They helped us to figure out where to stay and were very nice and understanding! Breakfasts are good, they also have cute dogs ))))

Wifi signal was not stable from the room where we stayed, but we figured it out going to the terrace or cafeteria/lounge are, so it was not a big problem.

Lovely clean room & nice tidy garden with pool

Nice place with clean pool. Lovely decor bedroom with comfy bed and clean shower room. Breakfast is limited choices but lovely home baked cakes... 🙂 Recommended, if you just want a short stay as I had 3 nights in total. Convenience enough to the airport around €34-42 one way ride with Uber.

Not an easy place to get around if you don't drive as there isn't much to do around the hotel area. I would have like to have more informations available in the room about the activities or where to eat etc. Staff are nice enough but could be more helpful with giving out information. Coffee for me personally not as good as Italian coffee renounced for.

Best B & B we have ever visited

Absolutely fabulous host family. This is the best B & B we have stayed at. The service was excellent, the owners and the cleaning staff couldn't have been nicer, the room was spacious and the place is beautiful.

The B & B was wonderful, so very few things to pick on. If I have to mention anything it's that the two single beds in the room(we had the suite with a double bed and two single beds) squeaked every time the kids turned around at night.

Perfect for what I needed!

Great value for money. The pool area is nice to have. Staff were so friendly and helpful especially as I speak no Italian. It was perfect for what I needed!

The room is as expected for the price, good value for money. The air con didn't work very well but it wasn't an unbearable temperature that I needed it. Can hear everything from next door but they were quiet. It's a bit of a tricky location without a car as walking anywhere means walking on a main road with no path.

Great stay, cool pool, it was so nice we did not go to the beach!

The pool is gorgeous and I liket the fact very few people were usually there. Breakfast was rich, also considering Covid19 limitations of fresh stuff (they always had a cake and many other products though). Rooms were clean and tidy, beds confortable.

You need to use the car to reach most places; there is a grocery show 5 mins (Todis) and a very good restaurant 5 mins in the other direction (La locanda) but not having a car could be very limiting.

Part of the garden is “reserved” for the owner and his friends, not convenient unless you have your own car

Nice and quiet place to visit Rome and Ostia.

Nice pool and room. Parking nearby. Best hospitality. 20 drive to Vatikan and same to beach. We liked this place a lot.
