Nothing
I didn't stay as the hotel sucks, it is a sound, old, smelly rusty dirty place, squeezing bed, ugly bedroom, ugliest toilet ever. 4 days paid and slzero returns. I was robbed by this website.

Great value for the price!
Nice and helfpul staff, super clean rooms, comfy beds.
A window handle was broken so the window in our room did not open

The staff were the best. So helpful and polite. The fridge in our room did not work, it just made the room very hot so we unplugged it. Great AC, quiet location & incl breakfast.
Personally, I hate a firm bed, but if that's your preference, then this will be perfect.

The breakfast was very poor and limited. No variety and was often finished very quickly. No extra facilities like a lounge or bar for customers to chill in.
6.0 / 10.0
Breakfast was nice, Room was clean and periodic cleaning was provided by very helpful staff.
Mixed reactions with the staff.
Sharing good things first: A sri-lankan staff member was very nice and helpful to us. He told us about places to visit/eat and helped on general queries. Room cleaning ladies and breakfast staff was nice and helpful to us.
- Location: We checked the location on google maps and it shows the property is in heart of Rome, and that's the reason we booked it, but that's not the case. The property is in almost outskirts of Rome (~50min-1hr) away from heart of Rome
- When we arrived in Rome, looking at google maps, we reached Flaminio station for the hotel's location. When we couldn't find the hotel, we contacted the number provided on booking.com . The staff member said we need to come almost 1 hr away from our current location, switching metro lines once. We had heavy luggage with us, and we traveled all the way from Switzerland (almost ~8-10hrs journey) and Flaminio station didn't had an escalator, so we had to haul the luggage on long stairs just to find that the hotel is not in Flaminio. When we told about our ordeal to the staff member, he insisted we take the metro etc. to reach. When we said we are weared out already, and could they book a taxi, the staff member initially said yes, and we also agreed to pay the taxi fares. When we contacted again, the staff said they couldn't find a taxi. We had no option but to look for taxi in a new country with no knowledge of how to book a taxi. Few google searches and thankfully we found a taxi on Free Now app. The taxi driver was a savior to be honest as we had no energy left at that point.
- When we arrived finally at the hotel, and asked for check-in. The staff member said "We need to wait!" and so we waited. The staff member then started talking on phone. After about ~10 mins of waiting, when we approached the counter, the staff member was still talking on phone! We assumed it's probably related to our rooms
- Thankfully an english speaking gentleman was nearby and overheard our conversation and spoke in Italian to the above mentioned staff member, and to our disbelief the staff was doing some other business on phone and not concerned to our rooms!!

Good location. 10 minutes walk from metro station. 30 minutes to the city centre.
Has their own parking. Very convenient.
Has elevator.
The room is pretty convenient.
Staff helped a lot with the understanding of the city.
The room was not very clean.

The staff is helpful and always ready to help you. The custard croissants were extremely good at breakfast.
The room has a very “formal” vibe to it and the bathroom needs a thorough cleaning and a bit of care.
Even it’s a buffet type of breakfast there’s not a lot of options. For those with a sweet tooth tho it’s a different story.
The Wi-Fi connection is not very stable and the phone kept disconnecting or otherwise taking a long time to surf the web.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and very safe area in one of the recently developped residential suburb of "The" mother of all cities. Safe parking for our car, no noise to be heard from the outside, and virtually silent corridors at night made for a very relaxed stay. Hence the undisturbed well-deserved rest we were able to enjoy after our endless daytime walks. At the same time, the hotel is not far from the city centre (+/- 4 miles/7km) and is well connected to the main metropolitan road network half a mile away. Some public transportation exist nearby as well, but we didn't feel the need to use them at all, as driving to and from the city centre was quick and easy, and surprisingly much less hectic than I remembered from my last stay in Rome some 30 years ago. Breakfast in the hotel is not extraordinary but correct and plentiful, Beds are comfortable and in good condition. The hotel is equipped with basic, modern and practical furniture, in good condition and properly maintained overall, and is of a relatively modern construction as are the middle-class residential appartment blocks in the neighbourhood (of wide and quiet avenues); There's even a well supplied convenience store just around the corner, open 7/7. Hotel staff is cool and available, if not the friendliest we've met.
Wifi is very poor in this hotel, as was the case to be fair in most of the places where we stayed in Italy. This, combined at times with a usually weak 4G signal in most italian cities, even in Rome, makes for a very erratic internet experience as a whole for travellers and non-residents (GPS at great pains many times). A shame for such a developped country and otherwise so nice a place to visit. And in the case of a 4-star rated hotel as this one, it's even less forgiveable not to endow its clients with a better internet service, just to compensate for the weak overall performance of the national government-funded service. Overall, a 4-star rating seems to me a bit optimistic for this hotel; I'd rather give it a 3. Upon arrival late in the evening, we had the impression that the cleaning staff had done a rather botched job at preparing our room; Toilet seat and bathtub were not as clean as they should have been, there was no soap and no toilet paper available, and a few towels seemed to be missing. Floor wasn't dirty but didn't give the feeling of being super-clean either, and a thin layer of dust was visible on some parts of the furniture (but beds, at least, had clean linen). All these "flaws" were corrected asap when the cleaning staff was notified the next morning. They did a good job at keeping our room clean and supplied during the rest of our stay. Overall, good but could be improved rather easily.

Very good hotel, very clean and nice staff. breakfast is quite fine considering the Italian breakfast consists only of sweets and coffee.
The location of the hotel which is very far away if you are traveling as a tourist and the restaurant itself which clearly doesn't look like a 4 star hotel restaurant but more like a cantine.

Breakfast was great, delicios...
The room space, few things need to be improved in the bathroom, changed...
6.0 / 10.0
Far from city centre, hard to find, but relatively close to the metro station, which is an advantage in Rome, which have a very small metro network.
This is not a four star hotel, maybe three, modest breakfast, rooms are small and grey.
