Slut på bestick vid frukost, tog tio minuter innan det fylldes på, fick säga till flera gånger. Bacon, äggröra & vita bönor slut, fick säga till flera gånger, vita bönor tog 15 minuter innan påfyllning. Inget toapapper, fick gå ner & hämta i receptionen.

I am really sad because of worker. She was not kind and wanted more money after I came to hotel and I booked room online. I new that I choose right price and right room but she was so bad and wanted me to pay extra money.

Quiet on a Sunday - limited shops/restaurants open. Espresso House and a pizza joint for the win!

A quick walk from the train station through the woods and we were there. Staff greeted us cheerfully. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. All we needed was a basic room for a one night stay and this was fine.

Decor in the entry and hallways were a bit dark and somber. Hallways very narrow and felt a bit institutional. Maybe needs an updating though everything was neat and clean. Just an observation, not a complaint.

Had a pleasant stay.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Lots of items. Good quality and tasty food.

Coffee machine only produces black coffee. Would have preferred a machine with cappuccino, latte etc

Overall a pleasant stay

Great breakfast. Good staff in restaurant. Comfy bed. Very helpful man at reception.

Cobwebs by the lift.. needs more choice and a better bar. Scary woman on front desk. Garage very flooded, got very wet feet

Really bad price/quality ratio. Would recommend (if needed) for no more than one night).

The location of the hotel and the confortable beds were the only positive points.

The hotel appearance is way outdated, the hotel, rooms and bathrooms had lots of cosmetic defects and were in bad shape. The breakfast was pre-booked due to COVID restrictions and sadly in our time-frame there were not bread at all, there was no replacement for finished items in the breakfast bar. For almost 200 Euros for one night (including the surcharge for our small dog) we expected way more from the hotel.

Poor

It had all the right things like comfy beds, clean toilet and good breakfast options. But the experience was not good.

The room was unbearably warm so it was difficult to sleep. There is no option to control the temperature. At breakfast there were so many people and overwhelmed staff. We felt very uncomfortable about the number of people in the room given corona restrictions. It was not in the least a relaxing place to be. The staff was friendly but overwhelmed with tasks.

Expectations NOT fullfilled.

Came back to the hotel after 6 weeks as I was very happy first time. Location still good with walking distance to downtown Skövde. This time the hotel was completely full (at least that was the feeling you got at breakfast) and parking was not so easy. When the street outside fills up and the few parking spot the hotel has is taken it is some distance to find a public parking spot. Other side of the railway or like many of the guests did this time park in front of the Coop grocery store on the next block.

Ventilation in the room was insufficient so on a warm summer day this was not so comfy. In the heat the carpet became a bit smelly. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. Breakfast room was chaotic, too many guest for this small space. Logistics of the breakfast buffet made it all worse, people crossing between the servings to scramble their breakfast plate.

Offside but in walking distance to everything

Perfect location. Just a few minutes walk from downtown Skövde still off the beaten track with location next to the park. Easy to park outside on street outside hotel or in hotel parking spot if preferred.

Not much to complain about. The room was equipped with the most dysfunctional shoehorn I ever have experienced. Tiny and floppy could not offer much help to put on the shoes. ;-) Breakfast was good but skip the apple/orange juice at the breakfast, cheap and watery taste.
