Rigtig godt motorvejshotel. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Det var rimelig nyt og overraskede godt, havde ventet mindre på et motorvejshotel og blev positivt overrasket. Værelset perfekt med et dejligt badeværelse. Var knyttet sammen med Cafeteria, som også var godt med imødekommende personale. Morgenmad var lækker.

Har intet negativt at tilføje.

Passable

Well renovated and clean, friendly staff even though they were inexperienced and mostly focused on the F&B part of their job.

No air condition and the room was terribly hot (summer time but no heatwave) Because of ground floor location the window could not be left open. Impossible to sleep.

Location

The staff made a mistake by taking the room I booked for someone else even though it was in my name. When I asked to check in, the staff saw on computer that my name had already been checked in. The staff acted irritated with me. But at that time, the customer who checked in the room in my name, she brought the receipt she paid for the room, returned it to the staff and she said the receipt wasn't her name (but that's my name). That is evidence that the staff here do not work carefully.

Recommended family travel option

Excellent location when driving up or down the country. Comfortable rooms. Good, well priced Swedish cafeteria type restaurant attached

6am fire alarm not so appreciated! Smokers in the rooms I believe

Fine for a pass through place (located far from city centre). Rooms are clean and fine in size.

Food at the location is medium quality. Staff is not particularly friendly/helpful.

Not luxury, but everything is perfect. Eveything works, everything is comfortable. Everything is clean. Breakfast is good. Loogistics are good. Recommended place.

Very good location, breakfast was good

We hang the "Do Not Disturb" tag on the door, but still ur cleaning staff knock on the door and open the door from outside. it was very embarrassing for us at that moment. It is not a complaint against them but please tell them to take care in future.

When I travel at work I prefer to keep to the places I know. I know the standard of cleanliness, breakfast, parking, wifi. Therefore I'll favor a hotel from a chain that I trust. And the price is very agreeable

There is no spa, sport facility or any other fancy bits. There is not much within the walking distance to see. Because I mostly travel at work, it does not matter to me at all, but for a family get-away maybe I'd look for a different place.

Exceptional

We stayed only one night. Really easy access from highway. Few restaurants and coffee shop around the hotel. Great room and staff was polite and helpful.

Very good

The location was ideal for the journey back to Finland. There were also fast chargers available in the car park.

The receptionist insisting on only speaking Swedish. This was not expected considering this is a motorway stop with many non Swedish customers. Some other people had the same experience when looking at other reviews.

Happy

Room is perfect, especially for family. Clean and so comfy. Nice feeling. Staff professional and friendly. Food is so nice and tasty! Location is super! Happy overall !!!

Good location, close to the highway, quiet new and very clean

The staf did not makes us feel like really welcome, no really information about the hotel and facilities.
