Definitely worth a stay

The location is in the center and next to the shopping mall. In the mall you can find everything you are looking for.also the rooms are clean and the layout is very nice. The advantage offered by the rooms is nice. Gym and swimming pool are also available and clean. I recommend it for accommodation

Сподобалося усе, і привітний персонал на рецепціі, і розташування готелю, і басейн на 20-му поверсі, і сніданок. Дякую! Нам дозволили залишити свої речі в готелі після виселення поки ми гуляли містом. За це велечезне дякую!

The best hotel I've ever stayed in

Wow! What an amazing place. So clean, so friendly, so organized. Need I say more. Much better than some 5 star places I have stayed at and definitely better value for money. I am very picky and obsessed when it comes to hotels. I always find faults and think of myself as some kind of "hotel inspector". I could not find any fault with Centro. The front desk - very warm and welcoming. I saw them so accommodating to a guy who wanted a late checkout. Housekeeping - fast and neat without cutting any corners. Gym and Swimming pool - in great condition. Checkout - so smooth and quick. I would not stay in any other hotel in Abu Dhabi, from now on.

Рекомендасьон! Отличная гостиница с прекрасным месторасположением и уютными номерами. Берите сразу с завтраком

Номера чистые, комфортные. Уборка каждый день, завтра прекраснейший, берите, не пожалеете. Персонал работает великолепно, девушка на ресепшене без проблем помогла оставить сумки до вылета и не пришлось искать куда их сдать на хранение. Месторасположение отличнейшее, рядом вокзал, откуда можно добраться до аэропорта, хорошие торговый центр с IKEA в двух минутах ходьбы. Рекомендую!

Зручний готель

Чудове помешкання, на даху невеликий та дуже теплий басейн. Маленький номер, ванна кімната знаходиться за скляною стіною. Поруч автовокзал та торгівельний центр. Їжа смачна. Персонал завжди готовий допомогти.

Необхідно було доплачувати за їжу дитині, оскільки діти у них вважаються до 6 років. Це єдиний готель, де зіткнулися з такою ситуацією (Дубай і Шарджа при такому ж бронюванню все було без доплат). Причому сніданок і вечеря були «шведський стіл».

Great stay. Good location.

Location was great, staff was great, check-in was quick. Room was clean and well maintained. Valet parking was great.

Small details were overlooked. No outlets next to the beds for charging. No charging stations. no slippers/robes/toiletries(brushes/shaving kit).

Very nice and quiet hotel, excellent and kind service, reception 24x7

The hotel provided us late night check in, they operate 24x7, it was very important for us because our arrival flight was in the middle of the night. Everything is clean, quiet, excellent and kind service and rich quality breakfast. Location is very near to the central bus station which is great if you plan to travel to Dubai by bus and that is the cheapest way and we enjoyed it.

Good value for money.

Room is simple. And neat. And fast internet.

It's our fault that we didnt check our things before leaving. However, it would be better that if a guest checks out, send someone from the house keeping to do a quick check. Because sometimes, guests are pre occupied or in a hurry when leaving.

Great place - Recommended

Everything was really nice. The room clean and spacious. Nice bathroom. Everyday cleaning. The breakfast was really well assorted. The hotel staff has been really courteous. Great location next to shopping malls and the central bus station. Recommended!

Next time I will book this hotel because at this level price it is the best

Clean room, facilities. And very polite staff which helped us a lot with different questions (i.e. printing of documents, calling taxi, ...) Cozy pool on the roof where we were meeting the sunrise every day (after warm up in the little gym near the pool). Locations is pretty far from the beach but near to Al Wahda Mall.

Good and not Good 😕

The restaurant and the mall is just nearby, so if you don't have a car which is most likely better not too, because there is no parking at the surroundings. But yet there is valet but valet are only 2 staff for a huge busy hotel.

I didn't like that the cleaners did not do thier job properly. I reached My room and while waiting for my luggage to reach (after 30 minutes) the reception clerk came up to assist on my luggage as they were busy parking cars and when he took my jacket to hang it inside the closet and kabooommm a very bad smell came out of there, so I called back the gentleman and asked him to have a look again inside the closet and we found out a food delivery sack that was eaten from previous stay in customers and left it inside the closet and it got rotten and created a huge bad smell. That wasn't acceptable if the room was clean and not the closet, that means they didn't tick the checker file while conducting the housekeeping checkup. Anyways, I was expecting an upgrade or something but then I got the room next door... not satisfying at all, but what to do. However, i went down the second day and I spoke to the receptionist and I asked her about her manager to whom I have sent an email too discussing my issue, thus she just kept on listening to me and nodding her head and keep on saying yes sir, ahaaa, yes sir, yes and then at the end she's like, OK I'm sorry for that, i said alright and moved on... honestly, I was expecting maybe a call again from the manager or maybe a fruit basket or maybe a complimentary drink or dinner or lunch or anything..... but nothing happend. So yeah I had a little of a bad experience.

Average stay, not recommended for family stay

Location only

Staff need to be trained how to smile and how to deal with the customers especially receptionists and valet parking staff. I had to go to inside the lobby searching for the valet parking, normally he should anticipate guests needs first. On the check out date I came to reception early morning to have a late check out whom they gave me hardly till 15:00, however they approach my room at 14:00, knocking my door despite the DND sign was hanging on my door, which did disturbed me so much, this means lack of communication between the staff, even they didn’t bother themselves to do apologize to me upon checking out
