It was a stay exceptional enough that’d definitely have us visit again!

Their service and the staff’s treatment & professionalism was exceptional. The room, its facilities and everything was nice.

The only little complaint I have is the TV. It’s great they have a smart tv but we can only connect it to Netflix and Youtube. I wish we were able to upload other streaming apps since it’s a smart tv but that option isn’t available unfortunately. Either a fully smart TV or a a TV with regular local channels would’ve been better.

Bad service

I received a room with broken dor lock chain. When i asked the receptionist to change the room, he reduced the value of my concerns by convincing me that no one would enter the room trying to run out of problems. When I insisted, he said he would send the maintenance team to fix the door, but since it was midnight, I declined due to the disturbance it would cause to the other guests and the longer time it would take to fix the door lock. Also, the room had an unpleasant smell. I asked him to change the room, and he told me there were no available rooms at the moment. After a long argument, he finally mentioned that there was a room with a large bed where he would transfer us, and in the morning, he would provide an alternative room. However, I wasn't informed about the alternative room until the night of checking out.

The ambiance of the hotel. Very accommodating cafeteria and restaurant staff.. Professional and very helpful security personnel.

Comfortable and memorable experience

To be honest, this hotel never fails to amaze me. I’m a frequent guest. I love how repectful & joyful the staffs are, and nothing beats their cleanliness, and that’s really awesome.

None. I just hope they can be more considerate to their repeating/ frequent guests next time and having an upgrade(like they always do) would make this review a perfect score. 👍

close to the conference that I was going and nice facilities

they didn’t have my reservation when I arrived and put me in another hotel making me really upset as I never had issues with booking.com. Also breakfast was terrible with bad service and zero options to pick in the buffet.

Disappointing

I booked my travel via booking.com. It is clearly mentioned that there is "free airport shuttle" service and that was the only reason for me to stay there. Unfortunately, they declined to honour this. It is reflecting very very poorly on both the hotel and booking.com part and as a customer I am not bothered how you sort out any issue in between you both. Again very poor on part of both booking.com and the hotel.

Honour the commitment and don't dupe the customer and make them pay for your mistakes.

I did not like anything about my stay and waste of money.

The reception staff was not Rotana standard. the breakfast was not tasty. Although the bed was good but the cushions are really low quality. The Tv channels has low variety and TV in my room is 90s quality standards.
