Calme et reposant… mais pas très chaleureux

Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables pour se reposer. L hôtel est très calme et les lits très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux

Les propriétaires, bien que très aimables, restent très discrets et ne semblent pas avoir envie d échanger énormément avec leurs hôtes.

We where very pleasantly surprised when arriving at the hotel as it exceeded our expectations from the pictures - so much nicer in real life! The pool was lovely and quiet and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive to us during our stay. We felt very well looked after. The breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had and they offered gluten free and dairy free options which was a nice unexpected bonus.

Lovely small hotel in a beautiful village

Fabulous little hotel with lovely pool area. Superb breakfast included

Our room was a bit dark and rather strange with the bed up stairs above the room itself. Sheets and towels had seen better days and the mattress was very soft foam.

Nice couple. Language understanding challenging but made up by their charm.

Breakfast very good. Pleasant surroundings considering the changeable weather. Owners- very nice and understanding. Made us feel very welcome. Well Done!

Door security intermittent- specially late coming back. Could be looked into.

A lovely authentic property with a beautiful garden and pool. Would definitely stay again.

Continental breakfast was fantastic. Lovely selection of fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Wonderfully hospitable hosts in a charming boutique hotel in a romantic town.

Charming stay with the very hospitable Juan and Antonia. Breakfast in the courtyard everyday was wonderful - fruit, croissants, bread and jams, tea, coffee, omelette - all wonderful. Sineu is an incredibly beautiful town. Very romantic - perfect for couples. We will be back next year!

Owners and breakfast are amazing!

Very nice facility. An ancient villa converted into a small and cozy hotel. Beautiful outside area. Breakfast is AMAZING! And Juan and Antonia are very nice and helpful.

Well worth a visit

A lovely small hotel with an amazing courtyard and swimming pool. Juan was a great host and very helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel. Breakfast was more than adequate brought fresh to our table every morning, No queuing and walking up and down a buffet. The Hotel is a 5 min walk into the centre of Sineu with lovely restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend Villa Sa Barcella if you want a break from the tourist destinations We will re-visit.

We could not fault anything about our stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was exquisite. They put a lot of attention into the presentation and variety of the delicious food. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Spectacular

Spectacular place to stay and Juan was the most amazing host ever! We were leaving early so he woke up and made us coffee and got us croissants and breakfast. The rooms are really nice and cosy! Highly recommend! We aim to come back!

Very nice time in a homey atmosphere - always happy to come again

Very nice, small hotel with great breakfast to start the day perfect. Good located because restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Absolute highlight is the market on wednesday, where you can buy everything your heart desires. Juan is a super nice host - gives you good tips and is very helpful :-)

Exceptional

A very lovely family run hotel. The owners are very kind and are always very attentive to enable the best possible comfort especially for food allergies and intolerances. The location of the hotel is perfect to make trips to the north of Mallorca. The Hotel's pet which lives outside called "Pepe" is very heartwarming tiny cat and takes sometimes a big attention in a postive manner

It would be a good idea to change the towels. 4 nights same.

A little slice of tranquillity

The place was just lovely with adequate rooms . The whole place seemed clean. Outside was swept up and also seemed clean and tidy. The staff were excellent and attentative. I would not hesitate to recommend this place if you want a quiet tranquil place to stay. The breakfast was excellent.

Around the outside areas and pool needs a little more flowers etc....It feels a little unfinished. The white wall of next door needs painting or camouflaged. It's very ugly. The air conditioning unit made a clicking noise which kept me awake so maybe it just needs cleaning or greasing? I'm sure the owner will look in to this as he was extremely helpful.

Would have been better in another room.

The staff, breakfast and communal spaces were very nice.

The room that we were put into was in what I imagine the old basement was. There were no windows and there was no door between the room and the bathroom. The entire room smelled very badly of mould and humidity due to the presence of an old well that was boarded up. The towels and swimsuits could not dry due to the humidity.

a chilled, beautiful antidote to the magical madness of palma

The setting is wonderful. that back garden is really lovely and peaceful when a gorgeous lemon tree. The owners were also lovely and accommodating. I loved that you could help yourself to a bottle of wine and just let the owners know the next day. The dinner recommendations from the owner were also spot on.

Nothing I would say I didn’t like as I love my stay here. big to help paint the full picture, I would say the bedrooms are rustic and walls are thin but I listen to white noise anyway to sleep so didn’t hear a thing. the breakfast was wonderful but too much for me every day, I would have preferred to have muesli and fruit and yoghurt a couple of days. but to put into context I would come back here for sure.
