Very good

The staff was very nice to us

They over charge us at the hotel. The internet was down for most of the stay the pool was not accessable until the next day which is just crazy.

i love my stay here despite of the internet not working at the time this is a safe and clean place

the rooms where cleaned each day ,fresh towels along with a friendly receptionist ready to help with your every need

i did not like the fact that they wifi was not working

Very poor

Staff was very hostile. Arrived from Cancun tired around 5am and they didn’t want to receive me. Thankfully I paid online so I was able to get my room. Checkout was 1pm and they asked me to be out by mid day.

Hotel Principe

The rooms were cleaned and the AC was cool and welcoming especially in the hot climate we are having presently.

We arrived at the hotel 2pm after we were scheduled to arrive at 1pm the room was not ready, we had to w8 until 3pm to get a room, the following day we went shopping came a little after 12pm to collect our items and give up the room. The staff was already in the room placing our items outside the hotel so they could clean. Imagine getting a room at 3pm to check out 12pm the following day. The room was smaller than advertise, the pool changed my son's pants from blue to purple so imagine the chlorine in it.

Good value, one of the better budget hotels. You get what you pay for.

Disappointed the restaurant was closed as there was not much close by for breakfast. Everything was a brisk walk or cab ride away for fine dining. The rooms need updating but for the price, you can't beat it if you want a basic clean room. My only complaint is the pillows were really hard. It has a nice pool and really good WIFI and cold AC. The staff was really helpful and even ordered a pizza to our room for us. Clean, basic accommodations with a great staff.

The pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on. The linens were old and a little worn. The rooms could use updating, but then the price would go up, so it really comes down to you get what you pay for so what I got is what I expected.

overall fair value nice pool

a very large hotel, not to busy, room clean and well kept and outlets in between the bed. The pool was nice

hard to get a taxi. Restaurant was still closed. No coffee available. Their was no chairs to lay down on at the pool. only tow tables with chairs.

Wifi was down during entire stay and pool was unavailable due to maintenance.

Very inexpensive and about what I expected for the price.

Bathroom had lots of mold. Didn't even want to go in there. I can't believe they let people stay there. AC only had one speed (high) and was loud.

clean beds.

no blankets, pool closed most of the day, or sucks, bathrooms not very clean. they moved us to a piece of crap hotel bc they overbooked that didn’t even have a toilet seat! the internet does not work!
