A great taste of Cayman’s Culture and beauty!

Loved everything about this resort. The rooms are big , beds and pillows so comfortable, beautiful place, restaurant and bar at the poolside. Tiki with grill and hammocks was so lovely.

Superbe séjour, un petit effort sur la nourriture serait bienvenu

Séjour qui a dépassé mes attentes sur tellement de points: ma chambre était immense, la vue depuis ma chambre était magnifique (les photos que j'ai mises ici ont été prises depuis mon balcon), les pancakes à la mangue au petit déjeuner étaient une magnifique découverte (j'en ai mangé quasiment tous les jours), le personnel était incroyablement gentil, disponible et toujours prêt à répondre à toutes questions et faire plein de recommandations utiles sur des activités à faire, des choses à découvrir, etc.; le service de navette gratuite est tellement pratique, il nous emmène et vient nous chercher où on veut toute la journée, dans un très grand périmètre, et le chauffeur M. Tevita est incroyablement gentil. Séjour très agréable, si je devais revenir sur cette île, je retournerai dans cet hôtel.

Autant j'ai adoré la nourriture servie au petit déjeuner, autant celle servie au dîner m'a déçue, ce n'était pas bon, j'ai préféré manger ailleurs tous les autres soirs. Et autant le petit déjeuner est top en termes de goût (en tout cas les pancakes, que je prenais tout le temps), autant les portions sont petites (seulement 2 pancakes pour un petit déjeuner, c'est limite pour un hôtel de ce standing, je restais souvent sur ma faim) Aussi, un détail qui peut avoir de l'importance: le restaurant, qui est en plein milieu de l'hôtel, diffuse de la musique à fond toute la journée, sans discontinuer, ce qui peut parfois être pénible si on veut se reposer (la musique est très forte, on l'entend de quasiment toutes les chambres, et ils ne l'arrêtent jamais, du matin, au soir).

Great stay, expensive for what it is but I had no complaints.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the facilities were as described. I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the inclusion of a fridge is a nice touch and allowed us to store snacks from a nearby supermarket. Bathroom was lovely and large, as was the room. Would stay again.

Only downside would be the pricing. Cheapest hotel I found on island, but despite this I had a lovely stay.

I liked the beach, the gym , the stingray city tour and guides. Food was pretty good.

i wasn't told about the breakfast voucher. Was told it was free and then wasn't offered any compensation or offered an option to change. Please indicate cash ineeds to be in perfect condition or its not accepted. Should advised to bring a debit or credit card. Gratitude is included.

I felt like I was at home in The Caymans, everyone was very professional.

Everything was 100% awesome, I will be returning in November for another relaxing great Holiday. The entire staff from check in to check out, transportation, and dining service were excellent. Thanks for an awesome short stay Holiday Inn. Ezell McLilly Tampa Florida USA

It’s nice to see Filipino staff in this facility. No regrets booking here. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean and friendly staff.

It’s an isolated place from everything. Too far from the town and any establishment. Car rental is a must’ve. They don’t have shuttle service going to the airport.

Loved being on the ground floor with access to the inner courtyard and being able to view the beautiful landscape as well as the bay. The patio was a bonus. I felt safe and secure as a solo traveler. staff were friendly. A second bonus was the complimentary shuttle:Tiveta and Damian were ever pleasant and accommodating. I appreciated their recommendations about different sites, restaurants and shopping. Overall, I was pleased with my accommodations and will definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping was questionable. The bathroom grout was moldy.

Spring Vacation in Grand Cayman

Room was very clean and spacious. The staff was pleasant to deal with. Replenishments of towels and coffee were always provided promptly. Drinks and their prices were quite good. The local brews are tasty and the prices ware not lower anywhere else on the island.

Too many speed bumps on the road to the hotel. I understand the concern about the golf course traffic, but those were excessive. Rental car is all but required for this hotel. I rented one regardless of this location, but little is within easy walking distance.

The stuff tried its best to make a good job.

Garden and pool area are nice.

The restaurant and bar area are very simple. The hotel is far away from everything. No beach only a smal stony excess to the water. The shuttle bus runs only until 6pm so if you want to go to another place after that time a very high taxi fare is to calculate ( between 20-40US$ one way ! )

Every staff person we encountered went out of their way to be helpful. It made for a wonderful and relaxing time!

The oceanfront property was delightful! A nice large pool too!

Nothing, really. The layout was beautiful and was planned to take advantage of the gorgeous view! Even a lovely garden with cozy spots to sit and talk.

The restaurant and servers on site are FANTASTIC

The front desk at the main part of the hotel are not helpful. If you think youll save money by staying off 7mile, think again, a taxi ride from the 7mile to the hotel is 20-30USD and to the airport is 40USD ... by the time you pay taxi fairs its not worth it. **The beach you cannot go in the water its rocky and scummy. You need to go to end of dock to jump in. Do yourself a favor and stay on 7mile. Their shuttle does NOT RUN ON SUNDAYS

It was nice to stay for a short vacation.

The room was nice, the shuttle service to the grocery store and Georgetown location was good. Lado was very nice guy who checked me and my family in.

However, the beach front was the not the best. The hotel location does not allow a walking distance to major restaurants or other shopping locations.
