Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Food was really good and had many activities each day for guests.

Great food
Staff could have been friendlier
6.0
Clean and comfortable. Loved the location away from the crowds.
Shared balcony. Felt uncomfortable
8.0
The staff was excellent. So nice and warm. I have travelled a lot, but the staff here is beyond kind.
We had a great stay but there was one minor thing we didn’t like that much. Some rooms/apartments are very far from the lobby/bar/dining area. This makes it difficult to walk when it is 33 degrees and 80% humidity. This also makes it feel less like a hotel but more like an airbnb.

Facility was great.
The beach was horrible.
9.0
On the beach. Ocean view. Great staff who were super pleasant and extremely helpful.
Expensive to eat there.
Far from other stuff. Transportation somewhat of a challenge. Young adults in our group were looking for later night life.

Staff was just not too good. Activities director had and attitude!

The location was great and secluded. Great for snorkeling!
The toilets had a hard time flushing and the beds were hard. The airport is far away.

unbelievable sunrises on the beach. Quiet enough but not too quiet. close to good local eats and a grocery store. some may say its too far (30 min ride from the airport) but i loved it.

Property, like any Caribbean beach property is aging.

I love the staff super friendly, the very safe environment for my family and I. I had a great spring break in this resort. the food is awesome, the drinks delicious. If you are a fan of bananas, ask for GO BANANAS drink.
there’s no laundry inside the apart-rooms so you gotta pay. everything is kind of pricey !!!

they got everything you need for resort
The price is high ,location it’s not great

Loved the peaceful atmosphere and the delicious food at the restaurant.
The wait to order breakfast a la carte was excessive - over 30 minutes for eggs and pancakes. Also the spot light over the outside dining area and bar made the meals we had on the beach less enjoyable due to its brightness and location.

The people at the front desk were nice.
I was disappointed. The pictures shown do not accurately represent the resort. The water was loaded with seaweed. The beach was much smaller than shown as was the pool. The housekeeping was offered only once every 3 days.

Liked the room location, 3rd floor and view of the Ocean. No crowds at all.
Door lock (magnetic) failed on us five (5) different times. It is a long walk to/from 330A and the lobby. Not a good experience since it happened over a period of three days. Very stingy when I asked for some extra coffee.

Nothing.
The shoreline was constantly overwhelmed by dead seaweed. This meante “Wyndham” did constant cleaning with tractors and a bobcat. in their pictures, Wyndham shows a clean/clear shore.
From Booking.com or Wyndham the room we got was actually a time share rental. Our TV didn’t get any stations (Netflix only) and had 4 controls, no guide. We wanted to watch some shows together so I connected to my Amazon Prime account to find they charged for just about everything worth watching.
Thefood was only average at best and like the rest of Grand Cayman came at exorbitant prices - two orders of chicken 6 wings with old celery and carrots cost $48.00 US dollars. Then the staff had the Gaul to refuse to help us out with condiments one night when we made our own sandwiches - The bartender said he was told by his manager to not give anything to those who was not all-inclusive. And that’s another thing, making us wear that colored wrist band to identify for them our status is small and little and a discomfiting inconvenience. We truly felt “nickeled and dimed” here at just about every moment.
The room was not a well supplied kitchenette. Minimal amount of silverware, plates and cups. No sharp knives for cutting.
Now let’s move on about amenities, recreation and safety. The only free amenities, their beach bikes, They keep under lock and key in a storage room. Their kayaks (shown being used on their web-page on a NO SEAWEED BEACH) were packed/locked away off to the side of the building with oars nowhere nearby. Now here’s a killer on safety, concern and care for the customer - I ventured out swimming to the posts (about 2000 feet) that are the markers for no corral reef for boats to come in and out. I am a very good swimmer yet someone else as a precaution alerted the staff that I may be having problems.

All good. Nice resort, friendly helpful staff, and great location to explore the relaxing side of the island. Be aware east end is the windward side so not as calm water. Slight seaweed problem but manageable as it was cleaned up daily.

beautiful, cleaned and friendly staff.
the cleaners didn’t come every day.
5.0
The beach and place itself is stunning and a wonderful place to relax.
The buildings themselves need a refresh and paint job. Its very remote so you need a car as Taxi's are exorbitant and unless you want to eat on site, Subway or an Italian you need a car. We booked a room with a "kitchenette" which was basically a sink, toaster and microwave in a 2ft space by the bathroom. So we were forced to spend money every night eating out. Make sure you get a room with a full kitchen and hire a car as the supermarket over the road only stocks a very limited (Expensive) range of goods. As an example they only baked 4 croissants per day!
