Location next to Wedding venue.
Potentially a lovely place to stay.
On a code red day the power went out (granted beyond their control). However, there wasn't a back up generator, therefore no electricity, no water, no sewerage, not even emergency lighting to guide way. Pitch black and stifling hot. Unable to keep doors and windows open as there were no fly screens, choice of sweltering heat and dehydration or get bitten by potentially disease carring mosquitoes.
No staff on site at any time or contactable during event.
D vine, contacted us with an apology at 17.48 the next day.
On going direct contact with their PR team finally resulted in a full refund. They also stated they would address issues of concern raised, ensure a contingency plan is in place during emergencies, install fly screens, generator etc, so no other guests have the same horrendous experience.

clean and self check in process was easy
expensive for one night for just a room.

The room itself was clean and tidy
1 the 2 beds took up a lot of the room - access to them was difficult as they were so large there was no room between them or between the walls and thge beds
2 Access to the bathroom was problematic as the bed made a very narrow pathway
3 The resort is in a beautiful setting -- yet there is no view across the vineyards from the room - at all- the only window is at the back -- a couple scrubby vines , some gum trees trees and a paddock up a hill
4 The only private outside sitting area was untidy and seems it hadnt been cleaned for months - dirt / dust/ bird droppings / feather's / rubbish -- and un-usable
5 The bathroom was nice except having to hold the shower head up when showering was very ordinary
5.0
nice location
There was a spent light in the bedroom so the light was inadequate. Only one bedside light. There was no heating in the bathroom. There was no body wash in the dispenser in the shower. Tea and coffee facilities less than adequate for $315 a night.

not a lot of Power sockets near the mirrors

Had to ask for towels for 3rd person and go get ourselves not a problem but not impressive either
Shower was useless!! Couldn’t use it just dribbled out of showers head

The room was very small, out dated furniture. All the nearby restaurants close very early, you either eat out or bring your own food
Close proximity to the vineyard outside the room, quiet and peaceful environment

We loved the care Cynthia took, and the surprise she left us for my birthday. The communication was great and the room was divine, perfect for a night away! We loved the free wifi and easily connecting our Netflilx to the TV to binge the night away. The mini fridge meant we could keep our wines and cheese cool. The courtyard overlooking the vineyard was absolutely beautiful.

good location, clean room, great steamer machine
the water was brown and we couldn’t use the shower or bathtub. It was recommended to boil the water but it was still brown and didn’t look safe. Very inconvenient as we couldn’t even shower or brush our mouth.

Trying to organise the room booking was challenging.
I emailed via website for the property and did not receive a response.
Trying to contact Cynthia via phone was really difficult.

The rooms had just been up refurbished and was nice and clean.
We had no way of transport to get into town due to a festival that was on. The old plastic card into the slot for lights and heater/ aircond didnt work real well.
