Bar was open when we got there so I could have a beer
Bed was uncomfortable, no hand wash, shower gel or shampoo, just a small bar of soap

The location was perfect for us and room was clean and very comfortable
My husband got scolded by the shower, sudden rise in temperature with absolutely no control, it’s quite dangerous and I wasn’t very happy with their solution of using shower in next room and then return to our room. I had to visit family for a shower. Felt we paid too much considering this. People below us had no hot water so we realised there must have an issue with the water.
4.5
The showers were very good, staff were friendly the rooms were very nice.
Great location for the ferries too.
The parking situation could be better.
3.5
Good basic accommodation
States it has parking it doesn’t parking is on the public road.

Staff were excellent
Lots of noise from downstairs travelled into the rooms. Rooms look tired, linen had holes in.

Location no shops or restaurants within walking distance,

Some helpful staff.
A bit run down, it looks ok in the pictures, but doesn’t look like that in reality. Very close to a main road so if you are a light sleeper, you won’t be able to sleep because of the cars, they are so loud. No proper parking, bad sofa beds, the remote control for TV not working, the list could go on and on. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Close to Dover Port, reasonably priced.
Parking was not ideal, there were no roadside spaces available when we returned from our evening meal in Deal as the five bells doesn't currently serve food.
