I like the politeness and helpfulness of the staff at reservations, The attendants cleaning the room were very polite and thorough, the staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and have great customer service skills.
Unappreciative that the security guard would indicate to my guest that no guests he/she are to leave the property by 10. The hotel should not dictate who can come to visit anyone staying on the property. I paid for my room I can ask anyone to visit me within reason. This left a bad taste in my mouth as a guest .

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Time Out Hotel. The location is perfect, making it convenient to explore the area. The room was cozy and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The staff stood out with their friendliness and attentiveness, always ready to assist with a smile. And the food? Absolutely great! Each meal was delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall fantastic experience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barbados.
The only concern I had during my stay was the security. I noticed there wasn’t much visible presence of security personnel and access to the rooms seemed too open. However, the door locks worked well, and I still felt relatively safe overall. This is something the hotel could improve to provide an even better sense of security for guests.

Close to Dover beach and food stands where people try to sell you J.
Dated and the photos should be updated as they don't depict the room you're going to get. had quite the misunderstanding at the reception, thankfully it got sorted out in our favor.

It’s beautiful and clean
The receptionist was rude.

The swimming pool area is really nice.
Incredibly loud music nights. Rooms not quite clean. If you book the basic room they don’t tell you they are right above the stage and stereos where they do the music gigs at night.

it was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and made my stay very pleasant.
some guests were loud during the last night of out stay. They were on the same floor and were closing their apartment door loudly without consideration to other guest.

Se encuentra ubicado en una calle con varias opciones de comida y al pasar la calle tienes la playa.
La verdad superó mis expectativas

Good location near the beach and restaurants.
The room did not look like the photos. For an overnight okay place. Needs an update

The rooms were comfortable, the location ideal for bars and restaurants. The pool was also very nice, we swam in the late evening and it was like a warm bath!
Nothing to dislike.

Loved the location right next to Dover beach.
Stairs to lug suitcases up and down

It was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet (we switched room from a ground floor to a 3rd floor and it made a huge difference). There was a pool and a restaurant on site. It was all fine, just very basic for the price point.
It was very average for the price point - but it is Barbados. For this price in most of the world you’d get a 5* hotel. This is 3* standards but it does the job.

Breakfast, restaurant was always entertainment
Cold water in my shower for my stay.

The staff are mostly nice - one came by with a bug spray but there was only one can for the whole compound.
I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it. Unfortunately this place seriously needs a renovation. The place is damp and musty with a serious mosquito issue (and not even a citronella candle). All the mirrors and chipped, bathroom dank and slightly moldy, and towels have been way overused. I also walked around briefly without sandals and my feet were immediately visibly dirty.
All in all, super uncomfortable and impossible to sleep comfortably overnight — I couldn’t stay for longer than one night and rushed to check out in the morning.
Location wise, yes it is close to Dover beach but it’s far from the main road with all the south coast buses and vans.
Lastly, the party didn't stop until midnight but the vacuuming started at 6am. The hallways were wet in the morning and very slippery but no "watch out wet floor" signs were present. I saw someone slip and fall.

Staff customer service was excellent at front desk, housekeeping and maintenance ensured I had a wonderful stay. The Room, was clean and very comfortable. Lovely pool and great restaurant. Would highly recommend.
Nothing really, The leaf blowing machine was a bit noisy when guest were relaxing by the pool but minor detail.

Location of the property
After checking in , I made a request to get an extra pillow , the night receptionist said there were no pillows available and she would let me know if I can get one later on. No communication after that.
The next day we were all day so we had housekeeping done , upon our return there were no soap available and we had to asked by reception, again the night receptionist had some attitude towards us. Now I got very turned off by the behavior.
The last night we went to a dinner and we needed to use the iron to press our clothes , below the iron it was very black and damaged the shirt . We took it to the night receptionist and her attitude wasn’t to pleasing.

It was just a nice and clean place, easy access to the places that you need to go. Big up to your taxi driver Barry.
The front desk staff needs to be more focused. We were locked out of our room twice. That was so embarrassing.

The front desk staff needs to pay more attention
The embarrament of been locked out of my room was not nice

The location was good. The restaurant was reasonably priced with good service.
No wifi in the bedrooms. For the price this should be standard. The reception staff were not very enthusiastic, they weren't rude but a bit flat. The room was ok but the shower was terrible. The telephone and many of the sockets didn't work.

room was good. I had pool view. first room had issue with power but moved straight away. Joe was super helpful close to lots of restaurants and bars
breakfast Al a crate was good
no control over noisy guests. hallways echo and noisy. at first thought was beachfront. but you just had to walk over street to beach. had to request change of towels after 4 days as they forgot to do

located just a step away from Dover beach. it had entertainment on in the evening most nights.
nothing would stay again you get what you pay for pretty basic but that’s all we needed as we were out all of the time
6.0 / 10.0
Didn’t have breakfast since the wait for dinner the night before was LONG. Didn’t wait to see if there would be a repetition for breakfast
We felt that as Caribbean tourists we were slighted beginning with the man who was about to SHOW us how to get to our room instead of TAKING us there. Requesting blankets and getting one with a hole and another that was well crinkled. Having to ask another cleaner (not the one assigned to our room)for a change of towels after two days. Jolted from our sleep early one morning because of the dragging of furniture in the room above us. Paying for later checkout and not having the key automatically updated an having to return to the front desk to have it done………..
